  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer.   No problem, margen!

  I would recommend using the Deskjet 9800 driver with this printer because it also uses the PCL3 GUI language.  This print driver allows custom paper size so that you can manually configure this size management.

  To swap to another driver, please follow the steps in the thread found here.  However, instead of the driver 990c or 450 please use the Deskjet 9800 driver.  You may need to click the Windows Update button at the bottom of the printer driver selection screen to pre-populate the list thus providing this HP Deskjet 9800 driver as a selection.
