  It seems that for some unknown reason the authorization in the licensing folder is deleted. Please try to start one of the applications by right click and select run as administrator, it should solve the problem by doing this.

  Can we have a look if the network adapter is not disabled. Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> network-> Enable connections and departure-> the settings-> Control Panel-> system-> hardware-> device-> adapters Network Manager. Check if the drivers are installed properly.

  Also give a try to replace the work system network cable connected to this laptop.

  I have a Widows XP Media Center Version 2002 with service pack 2 system.  After an automatic update my TV does not work and the error message code 3.  I removed all the updates except (KB976002) that cannot be deleted, but to no avail.  Is their a way to fix this?

  You are late in your updates, you must have Service Pack 3.

  Error code 3 is sometimes related to .net you are probably behind those also.

  I suggest you do a manual update by clicking on WindowsUpdate in the Start Menu, all programs, on top, or:

  Open Internet Explorer, click on tools in the menu, Windows Update.

  On the Windows Update site, click Custom.

  Turn off automatic updates first:

  Control Panel, automatic updates, disable automatic updates.

  The best choice after is: notify me but don't automatically download or install.

  You can then choose the ones you want to when notified.

  Well, you actually run 12 of Firefox, I would firstly update 15.0.1 Firefox. Update Firefox to the latest version

  Then, after that, reset Firefox, Firefox Refresh - reset the settings and Add-ons. It will not erase your data, but will probably help the problem.
