Hello
I'm having a problem with the wireless on my laptop. Its a HP Pavilion dv6000 and just under a year of age. I had no problems with the wireless until recently. I use the laptop at home and usually the internet is very well (apart from the occasional disconnection), but when I'm at school do frequently connect to the school network (I am a student of the University, and there are several routers throughout the school and in the many buildings). Sometimes it will connect in one building and I'll switch to another and it does not connect. Each time, he does not connect it always says "identifier...". (wireless network name) ». No amount of repair, restart or reset the network card it won't connect. The strange thing is that sometimes it connects to the router in this building (i.e. library) and sometimes it won't. Whenever I have check the status shows that the laptop is received but does not send do not.Help! This problem is really starting to annoy me and I don't want to end up throwing my laptop on the whole of the library.

Remove the old cable network name machine Vista
I have 4 computers on a home network (2 portable wireless, Windows 7 and Vista) and 2 desktops (also Windows 7-Vista) to Windows 7 computers, replacing Vista computers in the near future. Until them, I always use the four computers.
I had a LOT of problems (unable to access printers and printers go offline) sharing printer and recently started having "Windows cannot access \\theWindows7newdesktopcomputer", those with printers attached - and I could / can not find a solution for this. In desperation, I have reset the Linksys router e2500 manufactured back State initial and in the process gained a new network name (do not change).
My problem is that the old Vista computer wired to the router insists on the use of the old network name (the one that appears on the screen of the network and sharing Center). The funny thing is that I put on Jack autour with him (nothing has changed on the router) I have now access to the Internet on the old Vista computer wired to the router, even if she seems to be using the former name of network. So, how can I get the Vista computer to recognize the new network name and quit using the former name of network. I spent all day on this problem and I am not farther than I was when I started working on the problem of this morning on the printer share. I guess that the router works because these two computers are connected to the router, but it doesn't look good for me and it seems that it must be something I can change or correct.
Ron in round rock
Try to remove from the network and sharing Center by clicking on the Home icon next to network name and go to mergere or delete network locations. I guess you know what to do after that.
If it is used, then unplug your ethernet cable and try again.

Drivers could be at fault, however the problems of disk or security/antivirus/antispyware products are
just as likely to be the root cause that they can force a driver to corrupt or go out of bounds.
The video driver or something affecting it would be questionable.Make sure that the drivers, BIOS and chipset of low-level drivers are all updated by checking manually
system manufacturer and device manufacturers sites.Below I'll post a generic bluescreen convenience store and in the next message how to upgrade
drivers and BIOS as well as controls memory.-----------------------------------
BCCode: 0a 0x0000000A
Cause
This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.
The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.
If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.
Solve the problem
If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.
To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS
- Restart your computer.
- Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
- In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration . This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.
To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool
- Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
- Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
- Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
- Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
- If your system has cards (SCSI) small computer system interface, contact the card manufacturer for updated Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
- For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port. Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try to remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.
If the message appears during installation of Windows, make sure that the computer and installed devices are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
Comments
Before upgrading to a new version of Windows, remove all third-party device drivers and system services and disable any antivirus. Contact software manufacturers for updates of these third-party tools.

Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.

STOP: 0XC000021A
Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
(not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.Cause
This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.
Incompatible system files can also cause this error. This can happen if you restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs may skip restoring system files which they determine are in use.
Solve the problemRun the kernel debugger is not useful in this situation because the error occurred in a user mode process.
Resolve an error in the user-mode device driver or system, third-party application service: Because the bug 0xC000021A control occurs in a user mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the installation of the new or updated device driver or service system, third-party applications, the new software should be removed or disabled. Contact the manufacturer of the software on a possible update.
If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file. If a room newly installed if material is suspected, remove it to see if that fixes the problem.
Try running the emergency recovery disk (ERD) and allow the system to repair any errors that it detects.
Solve a problem of file system do not match: If you have recently restored your hard disk from a backup, check if there is an updated version of the backup/restore program available from the manufacturer. Make sure that the latest Windows Service Pack is installed.
