Get rid of the Welcome screen login

Hello

I hope you can help me.

I'm not even sure what "topic" to put this issue in the framework, so my apologies if I chose the one badly.

For some reason, Windows Welcome, screen, requires me to login with my password, rises when I turn on my computer, but I have not had this before.

In the past I didn't at all, instead welcome screen, my hotmail e-mail inbox would come immediately, and I would be you connect this way.

However, now I got the first from Windows Welcome screen, I have to open a session in TM hotmail/Messenger screen is not coming and I have to open my Hotmail Messenger window and then have to manually enter my password again.

I didn't log in Windows with the Welcome screen before, only necessary to log my hotmail/Messenger account, and it's frustrating me to give my password twice now.

I have tried everything I can try to find out how to stop the home screen to come, but can not find a way to stop it.

Please can you help me? I would be very grateful if you could list the steps I must take to disable the Welcome screen.

Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you soon.

Lynn.

  • Get rid of the Welcome screen in Indesign CC 2014

    Impossible to find a discussion about this since 2011.  When I scroll to the bottom of 'News', 'Start' or 'tips and Techniques' there is no checkbox "disable."  It is a huge waste of time.  I could even live with the 'Create' screen at startup but can't get there either.

    Dang, I didn't read the title of this thread pretty closely.  For InDesign CC 2014, the link provided by Salah is correct.  To save you from reading through it all here what you need to do:

    (1.) be sure that you are actually connected to creative cloud of in InDesign.  See the Help menu and be sure to see you 'Sign Out (your ID Adobe here)'.  If on the contrary, it says "Sign In", and then select this menu item and connect properly.

    2.) now exit then restart InDesign.  At the bottom of the "New" tab, you should now see the option to disable the Welcome screen.

  • How can I get rid of the splash screen in Flash Pro cs6

    I used flash in its early versions, but didn't have a reason to use it for many years. I installed it on my desktop and now find myself needing to use it for a small project. So I open the program, and of course, it is open to this really annoying splash screen. and it turns out that I can't find any way to leave this splash screen. My screen resolution is at 1024 X 768, and I can see easily all the splash screen. But what I don't see is somehow too leave this screen which is a real issue because it allows me to continue my project. I even chose one of the enumerated option; "Flash project", but still the splash screen does not disappear.

    How can I get rid of the splash screen & can I make disappear forever. ???

    When you open CS6 and that you can't get anywhere, you can always select Preferences. There, under general, you can select which shows when you open Flash Pro. Change the welcome move on screen.

    Versions of Firefox 3.6 + have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

    Press the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open view > toolbars and select menu bar, so it has a check mark.

    The F10 can also be used on most PCs to temporarily reveal the menu bar.

I don't see what's the difference between have icons on my page tiles and the application windows on my screen, except that the former is more efficient.

    Easy solution for this. You can download the Start button after the installation your computer will work like all the other previous windows and ordinarysoft.com. You will have all the programs with your button/start menu 'start '. The installation start opt to escape metro and you never see it again. Tell me if you have any problem to find the button start or downloading from the link I told you. Its free of cost.

    You turn off the Welcome screen in Edit > Preferences > General > disable the Welcome screen check box.

    You should also be able to sync settings in Edit > synchronization settings, I don't know what covers all that well.

  • Hi my name is Vanessa, could someone help me get rid of the 'Blue Screen of Death'

    I have Vista Home, 2 minutes after the start up, the blue screen appears and stop, can operate in Mode safe mode, I can't seem to download Service packs or updates McAfee antivirus software? Thank you

    If everything works in Mode safe - which indicates that, for me, something that is normal (as an application) or some loading driver (material - such as video device, etc.) is the origin of the problem since those who would not charge mode without failure.

    You can use MSCONFIG in safe mode to clear a lot of things that would normally load and boot into normal mode.  See if it crashes.

    If it's not - start adding things back using MSCONFIG once both and restarting between each to determine if it starts crashing again and you have added back that will be the culprit.

    If it plant, it could be a driver that has been recently loaded.  Maybe you enabled Microsoft update to install a new video or audio driver driver or driver of network or something.  You can go through each of those in safe mode and see if you can roll back the driver for each of them, one at a time, to an earlier version.  Start in normal mode after each fold and see if find you stability.  All that you can't cancel them were not being updated since you have the system. ;-)

    It is a good starting point.

    For a more complete list of things, commissioning...

    Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in.  Look for whatever it is you do not know using Google (or ask here.)  You can hopefully figure out if there are things from when your computer does (or connect) you don't not need and then configure them (through their own built-in mechanisms is the preferred method) so they do not - start using your resources without reason.

    You can download and use Process Explorer to see exactly what is taking your time processor/CPU and memory.  This can help you to identify applications that you might want to consider alternatives for and get rid of all together.

    You want to scan your system to see if you actually have some virus/malware?

  • How can I get rid of the blue screen error?

    Original title: Windows Vista Start does not

    Hello
    I have Windows Vista Home Premium, and I've had it for 5 years now (2006-) the problem is that I don't know what happened, but when it restarts, I have two options;

    Startup Startup Repair (recommended)
    Start Windows normally

    When I choose "Start Windows normally", a blue screen appears with an error message and disappears quickly, leading me to restart my Vista again. However, when I select Launch Startup Repair tool, it takes a while and after a bit, it ask if I want to send the error to microsoft (recommended) and I choose Yes, and it takes a little more time to look for a solution. Finally, a list of appropriate actions appear;

    Startup Repair; I tried this 8 times now, and he cannot find a solution, leading me to reboot once more.
    System restore; I tried ALL the dates of the restoration, and none of them worked. I got an error saying: it cannot restore.
    Restore the computer; 1. I don't have a backup drive (it's a shame, I know) and 2. I don't want back up and lose all my files.
    Windows Memory Diagnostic tools; I checked all hardware error, and none have been found.
    Command prompt; I don't know what to do with it.

    If someone can PLEASE help me, I would be VERY grateful. I have very old memories and photos on this computer and I don't want to lose these. I am begging for someone to help me, and my last priority would be to forget all these photos and files and move: (.) Oh and I tried running safe mode, by pressing F8 while the computer restarts and I've highlighted Mode safe mode with networking, but it gives a quick overview of a blue screen just and hangs on reboot. Please help me on the procedure to follow for the good of my IMPORTANT files and memories.

    Thank you, in advance.

    Hi AffanX,

    Method 1: Try to disable automatic reboot in the menu start-up advanced options, and then try to capture the blue screen error message, see the link below:

    Advanced-Startup-options-including-safe-mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

    Method 2: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

    If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

    After disconnecting all external devices, run the Startup Repair

    Windows Vista or Windows 7 unbootable and the Startup Repair tool does not resolve the problem

  • Question from windows vista - get stuck on the Welcome screen.

    I recently had my computer startup problems - it gets stuck on the home page, even if I restart it continues.  If I'm doing a ctrl + alt + delete, and then it displays the desktop.  I have no updates that must be accomplished.  you have an idea why this is stuck?  Thank you!

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    Yes, the feature is available. But before you activate, make sure that you only use that uses the PC, as is the administrator account, if everyone turns on the PC, they will have access.
    So, go to the bars of charms, click settings, click Change PC settings. Go to the user. There, you can find this text under options of Sign-in, any user with a password must enter when waking up this PC. Click change the text below. You will be prompted with a warning as shown above. Click Ok. Now the text will go to any user with a password has not needed to go when to wake up this PC. Now, when you start the PC, won't be asked to log on credentials.
    I do not expect to use Windows Media center. Well, I don't really understand what it is, honestly. But I get the screen of horse to 'watching TV' on my computer. It's the last thing I want to do with my computer.
    How can I get rid of the nag screen that keeps popping up?
    Thank you very much
    Jack
    Hello
    I suggest you try these methods and check the status of the issue.
    Method 1:
    Rebuild the Media Centre.
    Your index requires virtually no maintenance. However, if the index looking for files that you know problems must be in a location indexed; You may have to re-create the index. This can take a long time to complete, so avoid this step unless you have given the index enough time (several hours) to correct the problems first. To rebuild the index:
    1. open indexing and search by clicking the Start button Options, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Indexing Options.
    2. click on Advanced Options, click the index settings tab and then click on rebuild.
    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    Method 2:
    Enable and disable the Media Center to enable Windows features turn on or off.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-features-on-or-off
    a. open them turn Windows features on or OFF.
    b. Locate and expand multimedia features.
    c. clear the check box for Windows media Center to turn off. (Check the Windows media Center to turn on)
    Note: Restart the computer after you enable and disable the media Center.
  • Get rid of the highlight around the border when a TableView Gets the focus
    Hello
    Is there a way remove the highlight around the border of a TableView when it gets the focus?
    Thank you.
    The relevant css of caspian.css to /sdk/rt/lib/jfxrt.jar is:
    /** Draws focus border around tableview */
    .table-view:focused {
        -fx-background-color: -fx-focus-color,-fx-box-border,-fx-control-inner-background;
        -fx-background-insets: -1.4, 0, 1;
        -fx-background-radius: 1.4, 0, 0;
        /* There is some oddness if padding is in em values rather than pixels,
           in particular, the left border of the control doesn't show. */
        -fx-padding: 1; /* 0.083333em; */
    }
    To get rid of the update screen, just define a css stylesheet customised for your application that replaces the table: pseudo-class concentrate, for example:
    .table-view:focused { -fx-background-color: transparent,-fx-box-border,-fx-control-inner-background; }
