    Hello MaureenCYB,

    Thank you for the question!

I'm sorry to know that have problems you with the startup message. As I understand it, you get an error message "Run DLL there was a problem starting C:\users\Maureen\AppData\Local\Temp\ the specified module could not be found" when starting.

I need to ask you a question to help you best.

Were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

This is the error I get whenever I boot windows and I think it may be related to a problem I was. Most of my prefrences recorded for windows is not in working condition (as my taskbar is not able to change the settings). I have scowered the interwebs for a response, even using Google and even * shudder * Bing. My Riddle has baffled many, can someone help out me?

I have consulted the temp folder and this particular text file is not present. Maybe if I create a new one, it will work? I'm not to try it again, but if someone could confirm that I would be much happier!

I don't know any reason that Windows must be looking for a text file to start.  You can create a file in this location, but I think it would be better to use the free Windows Sysinternals Autoruns tool to find and remove the reference to the file.

    Thank you - BULLDOG2U

You don't want in this file.  Ads by Call Builder is malware that opens the ads on your computer.  If you encounter this error, then it is likely that you have an antivirus/antimalware program which was removed from your computer, but left the startup item.  More information on Call Builder, and how to remove can be found here.

To remove this item from your startup list, follow these steps:

    System (Windows 7) Configuration utility

    1. In the start search box, type MSCONFIG and press ENTER.
    2. Click the Startup tab.
    3. Uncheck the items you want to run at startup.
    4. When you have finished your selections, click OK.
    5. In the box that appears, click on restart to restart your computer.

    Hello

Here is the updated Windows 7 answer,

Google has little information about this file other than to suggest malicious software, so it's probably a left over Malware boot entry that was removed from your security programs.

Download, install, update and scan your system with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:

If the problem persists after scanning, take these startup entries:
