    Hello

Click right tab taskbar - task - process - make sure WMPlayer.exe Manager, nor any other
the player is responsible - in the affirmative PROCESS END on them and try again.

    -----------------------

You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
    correctly.

Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

CD have a tolerance + - and your must read on the edge outside these tolerances of discs.
They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk. Can burn you
a mastered CD and a DVD mastered on this computer and laptop and other computer
machines? Can you do the same on the laptop and play in this machine?

    ===========================================

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue
    below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

Thank you to contact Microsoft Community and we will be happy to help you with your concern.

According to the description, it looks like you are facing an Internet problem on the Windows 7 operating system.

It would be great if you can answer these questions to help you further.

    1. is the question confined with Mozilla Firefox?

2 are you able to access the same Web site using Internet Explorer?

    3. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

4 are you facing this problem while accessing the secure Web site?

I get a message from DLL run when starting my laptop with Windows 7.  One of the messages is: c:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\fgpise.dll. How can I get rid of these messages? McAfee has detected two Trojan horses and withdrawn earlier today. He says that my system is clean now. Did that cause this problem?

    Hello

Do not assume that any malware has been removed.

This is probably the result of malware then do a very thorough check and when the system
is clean see the following message to remove this error.

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
    cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however, you must also run

  • How to get the disc of recovery for Satellite M50 161

I bought a new Toshiba Satellite M50 161 4 years ago and its been great until recently when he developed serious problems.
I need a recovery disc or the disc of the original for XP software but none of this was supplied with it.

How can I get these disks now?

    > I need a recovery disc or the disc of the original for XP software but none of this has been provided with it.
I'm in doubt about it. According to the specifications of the laptop Satellite M50 161 comes with brackets to follow:
    -Recovery media (CD or DVD)
    -Express Media Player
    -Additional software CD
    -Microsoft Works Suite

All the old models of laptops come with recovery CD. I have some old Satellite m70 and still have original valuation facilities Toshiba DVD.

Anyway, you can try to contact nearest Toshiba authorized maintainer and ask for help. To be honest I don't think you will get for this older model laptop. For the installation of the OS, you can also use Microsoft installations CD. All the drivers, tools and utilities that you can download at Toshiba page under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com for assistance
