  We have a plug-in effects after (written using the SDK), and we would like to get the name of an instance of an effect applied. For example, if my name of the installed effect is "FoofooBerry", and the customer applied two effects of FoofooBerry, it would be named "FoofooBerry" and the other named "FoofooBerry 2".

  Which seems to be what I want to do, but how we "get the AEGP_StreamRef for the effect itself" escapes me.

  I have tried iterating over all flow on the effect and control of these devices, but I don't see anything useful. Someone knows how to get the ref to flow for effect (not a stream on this effect)?

  dataModel.data (row) returns a QVariant. To call ".someProperty", you will need to know the type of the object (int, string, etc.) and call the appropriate function (toInt, toString, etc.). For example, if your QVariant has elements of the string:

  We have a bunch of old scientific databases for which we would like to expose data via an XML web service.  International XML schemas have been developed in the standards for the sharing of these data we need to provide the data in.  These patterns have very different data of our legacy data structures.  We want to leave our databases within the same structures but to expose the data in them in the XML schemas.

  Building SQL indications XMLFOREST SQL etc. that returns the XML doesn't seem very practical that the structures are very different and the SQL must be very very complex and would be very tedious to make and maintain.  Is there another way to make in the database?  There are tools outside the database such as who can help in that we used in the past and could be used again - but I had much rather that on the database if possible.

  Using SQL/XML is the most flexible way to generate XML from relational data, as you have full control over what you do.

  If the target XML structure is complex, any method will be complex to implement completely in the database anyway.

  There is no tool integrated with Oracle that would take an XML schema and make the mapping with relational data.

  What you can do is a third-party tool allows to design a XSLT stylesheet that would take care of transforming an XML format canonical (easily created from the database of a query) in the target XML instance.

  In this way the complexity lies in the style sheet, and the real transformation could be made within the database.

  A problem with iTunes and CD burning help (my operating system is Windows 10 and my iTunes version is 12.3.2). I make a compilation CD of my CD collection from and downloaded the entire collection in iTunes. The problem I encountered is that sometimes when I burn a playlist I made, the track listing of the individual songs on the burned CD shows the name of the song and the band, but sometimes it shows a list of the track numbers and the message "iTunes cannot find that these track names on the internet." All the files in my iTunes library have a complete follow-up of the lists. There seems to be no difference between the playlists where securities are transferred, and those where they don't.   The titles are not actually on the CD.  However, under certain conditions, iTunes on the same computer will recognize the CD:

  If you want to than another computer iTunes recognize it, you must submit the information to Gracenote as follows: with the CD burned again in the player and the names of the tracks properly displayed, use the command Options > submit CD track names.

  Gracenote may take a day or two to digest the info, but after that all iTunes in the world will recognize the traces on your compiling.

• Can not get the title and date/time to appear on the photo to develop, or a library

  I must have done it when I was trying to do some other keyboard shortcut and got hurt - and now I can not understand how to get rid of. But a few weeks ago I did something and now the file name, date/time and size image appear in white text on the top left of any photo I have in develop it or library screens:

  Ltter that I you keyboard through the Loupe View Info (even in the develop Module).

  You set what you want to see by pressing cmd + J - and select the parameters for Info 1 and Info2.

  Letter I cycles this way: 1 - Info 2 - no overlay Info.

  How do you get the title of the text Styles to work in ss12 (mac)? I can get the character of formatting (e.g. bold, underlined) to work, but can't get the styles to work.   There is a known issue with text Styles in the workspace Expert only.

  The solution is updated 12 in 12.1 using Help Menu/updates of the project. Have you been there and done that?

  I remember I once a title bar above the horizontal list of tabs, which shows the title of the currently opened tab. But it is not there now; and there is no option in the menu 'View' (which is, I think that I've seen it before) to add. What happens, and how to get the title bar back?

  You can enable or disable switch title bar via the "Title bar" button at the bottom left in the palette to customize window.

  Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command + SHIFT + F).
