Now, I get a message "this is not a genuine copy of Windows.   Your Windows license is related to your hardware. Since you just cloned the BONE but has changed the hardware, the Windows Activation does not recognize your new system. Thus, the solution would be just to reactivate your Windows.

  The phone activation does not just work. You will need to re-enter your product key.

  Click Start, right-click on computer , and select Properties.

  On the Windows Activation section, click on change product key and enter your key.

  If you are using a retail version of Windows, then the key must be with the disk when you buy it.

  If Windows is preinstalled on the laptop, the key lies in a sticker at the bottom of your laptop.

  I know it sounds weird, but I would like to start by making sure that your Mac hard drive is correct. Demarrer start on the recovery environment, run disk utility and perform first aid on your hard drive. You can also perform a boot secured, which does essentially the same thing.

  I also saw problems with USB devices that appear only on a specific USB port. Try changing ports.

  The external drive is new does not mean that it is not defective. Perform first aid on the external hard drive and reformat. Better still, try another drive altogether to eliminate the drive as the source of the problem.

• Spectrum x 360: no wifi after network installed windows 8.1 on new spectrum HP 360

  Hi all

  I bought this computer just and necessary for the upgrade to windows 8.1 with specific software, I need to run on a windows machinw 8 current execution.

  The facility was good until I got to connect to wifi and nothing has been shown.

  I followed all the instructions from HP (as seems to be a common problem), but to no avail.  When I go to the managher device and look at the network cards (by following the instructions at) it is not considered to be a wireless device (2 bluetooth & kernol debug only).  so so I can't uninstall or re install what is not there.

  I downloaded 2 (for the x 360 spectrum) network drivers on the hp site (there are 2) and have tried both without success.

  I even reinstalled windows 8.1 - who did nothing.

  Get frustrated that this step to implement the computer should taken hours not minutes!  Any help would be appreciatted.

  Another publication said to extract the executable files (I used winrar, it used 7 - zip; I think that any zip application can do), then run the bat file.  Works now!

  I find the Dell pen much more responsive than the HP pen.

  I recently bought the spectrum x 360 (13-4003dx) as well as the feeling of Bamboo Stylus carbon. Unforunately, the stylus was not compatiable with the spectrum, and I had to return it (after reaching the customer on their support).
