Ginormous bevels on YouTube Safari
Since El Capitan, I use Safari and Chrome 50-50. But in recent weeks, I've noticed that of youtube videos, when overview mode, are incredibly big bevels and the video is not all larger and is cornered off the coast. I'm on the latest version of the software for the OS and Safari. Help, please.
For Safari...
Open system preferences > Flash Player and select the Advanced tab.
Click on remove all the parameters and the navigation data
Quit and then restart Safari and then try a video.

Safari freezes on YouTube HD videos
Hello
I have a MBP early 2015 with no upgrade. Whenever I try to watch a 720 p or of superior quality videos on YouTube, Safari keeps after some time of freezing with the icon of the Rainbow or forwarding, change the size of the screen etc. The mouse does not freeze btw. I have not tried other Web sites, and Chrome works very well. I tried clearing cache, history and remove the extensions and finally Reset Safari. Nothing has worked.
Everyone knows these? Is there a solution?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Videos YouTube lock up Safari?
After watching a video or two on YouTube, Safari hangs and must be stopped and restarted. Has started a few days ago, but seems to be a persistent problem that survive several reboots, too. Anyone else seeing this?
As another feature I noticed during the same period, although I can't imagine what could be the connection. The BOINC manager no longer works on the Mac. Doesn't seem to be a network routing problem since my other machines (10 Windows and Ubuntu) still work normally, I would say, for BOINC and YouTube.
No Flash on Mac, so it may not be the problem...

full screen YouTube works on half of the screen
When it is on youtube, safari 9.0.2 on my brand-new early 2015 macbook proand I select full screen on a video, expected load black screen but then the video loads in only half of the screen.
There is a temporary fix, it must change the quality to any other quality video and then back again, but this must be done each time full screen is enabled and has a little lag.
Anyone know a permanent fix or knows if apple are working on it.
This does not occur with firefox, so I guess there is a problem with safari, not my mac or youtube

Concerned about the performance of the battery Ipod 6
Hello!. Please tell me your thoughts on this because I have no idea about. I bought a new Ipod 6 a week ago. I think that the battery is not give the performance of desire. He's dead, and after a charge noticed that drain you very quickly. So I turned off bluetooth, reduces the brightness of the screen and wifi on when I used it. I loaded 100% today, and according to the battery report used for 1 h and 50 min. (audio, videos Youtube Safari 91% Config Kindle of 5%, Home and Lock Screen 3%, 1%), time to sleep 10: 00 and 9 min. and the battery icon displays between 50 and 60 per cent of costs. It is the average or do you think the device is defective? Thanks in advance.
On the basis of messages as your battery life seems comparable to others. Note that % battery is not accurate on an iPod, then you can not go this way.
The test is responsible for at least 6 hours and read a video. You should get 5-6 hours

I can't get my iPhone 6 it sounds only vibrates volume is up and about and there "vibrate with ring" could not find where I put a ring to shut up. Airplane mode is turned off
Check the mute switch on the side of the iPhone. It is located just above the Volume buttons.
Also try settings > sounds > < RINGER AND ALERTS > > move the slider to the MAX > change with buttons > Toggle Off
This will prevent you from changing the ring volume when you use other applications. (for example YouTube, Safari)

Since I've updated for Sierra, the new Safari will not play videos from YouTube, saying: "your browser does not currently recognize the video formats available supported» I didn't have this problem before the upgrade.
Hello
That's just the problem of incompatibility video format, with a video converter, you can easily solve this problem. And I've been using Doremisoft easy video converter HD https://itunes.apple.com/jm/app/easy-hd-video-converter/id488066888?mt=12
to make the conversion job and it's great. You can have trial. On the other hand, have a good day.

Videos YouTube do not play in Safari
When you try to watch a Youtube video in Safari 10.0, I get an error message that says: "your browser does not currently recognize the video formats available.» Lower than that, it shows: "Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video." When I click on the FAQ page, it shows Safari as one of the browsers supported. The same video will play in Google Chrome. I tried to empty the Safari cache and restart the computer, but do not claim.
I have exactly the same problem. In fact, I discovered he's trying to play one of the Apple own videos on their YouTube channel. My YouTube account is set up properly to handle HTML5 video - always worked before this last update.

El capitan Safari won't play YouTube videos
When I fall on a You Tube video on a Mac, or go site directly on YouTube, the videos are empty (black) with massage
«Your browser does not currently recognize the video formats available.» Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML 5 video. »
The next page said: supported browsers include Apple Safari.
What Miss me?
Thank you for using communities of Apple support, Cosman.
Your post, Safari will play is no longer videos using Safari on your MacBook Pro on OS X 10.11. It also seems that it is a recent development, so we'll get it working again.
Install and manage extensions Safari on your Mac - sometimes an extension may be the culprit. Disable the extensions you have installed for Safari, quit Safari and test. If it works again, turn on an extension at the same time, then exit and restart Safari to find what the cause of the problem.
Update the software on your Mac - Make sure that your Mac is up = to = date with everything.
Try safe mode if your Mac does not start -even if the start up your Mac, safe mode will not fail it starts successfully.
I hope this helps!

FCPx exports to Youtube - questions with loading only in Safari
This is my first Apple discussion forum post.
Have a problem where * some * of my FCPx (v 10.2.3) exports video to Youtube works perfectly with all browsers except Safari, the video stops just loading (do not buffer or load beyond some arbitrary point). Unable to determine the source of the problem. Initially he was out of the question. Of late, it has become a recurring. Have tried different options trying to take the question of the end of the video, and in terms of export options wrong, but seems to make no difference. I am unable to find a common cause, aside from the Safari browser. Anyone else having this problem?
Perhaps if there is enough people experiencing the problem. May be able to report the problem to the right authorities.
Thank you.
What OS? Can post you links to videos of problem?

GAL of Safari when it is on YouTube
Hey friends
For some time when I am on YouTube watching videos, gets terribly slow Safari, the mouse cursor lagging, and scrolling is not responsive. When to leave Safari and reopening of YouTube, it is very good for a short period of time, but safari then begins to not respond again.
I use Safari 9.1.1, on end of 2013 MacBook Pro retina, 256 GB, 8 GB, 2.4 Ghz
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Hello
Can't do youtube to open in safari. It started about 5 days ago and safari says that it is impossible to connect to the server. I can load youtube in chrome very well. If I disconnect and reconnect to the wifi safari load youtube for a few minutes. If I start to play a video for a few minutes after reconnecting to the wifi video will play in its entirety however comments will stop loading and if the page is refreshed safari said while he cannot connect to the server. I found no other website which does not load. Any suggestions on fixing this would be appreciated. Thank you.
Computer: MacBook Pro
It's in the EULA to discuss the beta OS here.
In El Capitan, you can try the strength to leave Safari then restart Safari while holding down the SHIFT key. This will load Safari without the extensions.

Various Youtube videos in safari will play for a second or two and then hang. The same links work perfect in Chrome.
I don't know that I'm not alone in this. I have held some time ago, then it fixed itself, now it's back.
Most YouTube content requires Flash...
Although it works well in Chrome, try the following.
Open system preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab, and then click: delete everything in navigation and settings data.
Quit and then restart Safari to test.
If you still have problems, make sure that Flash is up to date. System Preferences > Flash Player > updates > check now.
If the YouTube video content still hangs, you can have an extension Safari or third party plugin installed which is causing a conflict. Troubleshooting help here > If Safari is slow, unresponsive, which closes unexpectedly or has other issues - Apple Support
