  Any body can help me find the log to make sure all traces of the data files that are deleted from the root to the hp - ux Server user (and the sys log has already been modified by the root user).

  If, you don't have no OS level verification that it is difficult to find to answer your quesiton. For example, our system of verification on OS (also root password no case) and Db level.

  BTW - unless you have created a user called "root" on your vCenter server, you will most likely only need follow this your ESX(I) hosts and not vcenter server

  I have activated the user 'root '.  It was an attempt (for the sake of granddaughter age) to check its history since I am the administrator.  Realizing that this method was much more complicated than what I am capable of managing, I returned the utility program directory and disabled the user 'root '.  I thought that everything was ok, as I did not made anything while connected as user 'root '.  Instead, restart the computer, all users, including myself were no longer at the start.  The only point was a blank user name and password.  No picture.  No guest.  No user.  How to return those and I did something to cause this?

  Activation and deactivation, then root should not have caused that.

  Also, having allowed root is one of the ways you get a login screen showing only the name and the password.

  You should be able to type in your user name and password to connect.

  One time connected, check users & groups system prefs, Connection Options and make sure he's on the list of users. You will have to click on the padlock at the bottom to make changes.

• A question for the A200 users "downgrading" to XP

  Well, I already posted on some of the problems I've had with my A200-1AX.

  I went down to XP and I had two questionmarks in the Device Manager window. (1 for the pci device and one for the audio device)

  I was told to change the good BIOS BIOS for XP. I did so and formatted the pc in order to have fresh.

  I downloaded the latest drivers, installed and after the instalation I still have the PCI device questionmark, but now I also have an 'unknown device' questionmark.

  The thing is that my laptop works very well, the sound is ok and I have no problem. So for 2 months, I simply ignore the questionmarks.

  I write just in case where someone did - he had the same problems and resolved. Maybe you can help me...

  This PCI device with the question mark must be the turbo memory module that was designed for Vista. Unfortunately there is no driver for XP since this turbo memory module only runs under Vista (it s a function explicitly Vista).

  I work with the first and want to learn AE and have some basic questions. I want to work with a lot of clips of 2 minutes and less.

  1. can I import clips, add effects, making mounting base while AE without entering the PP? Is there a reason not to use this workflow?

  2. is there a website dedicated to showing video effects that can be created in AE? I would like to get inspiration for some of what can be done concretely AE.

  3. What are the limitations of the work in AE? In other words, what (s) it doesn't work well with? Why use Cinema 4 d or another program if these types of effects can also be made in AE?

  Yes, you can to editing base in After Effects, but it is VERY inconvenient because you don't have reading in real-time and in the timeline panel, each item is placed in a separate layer (i.e. a video is placed below the following).

  1.) voluntarily disconnected from their session user?

  2.) connection to users has been slow and the sessions disconnected on its own?

  We have several users using clients of zero, who barely tolerate the slow network. They use these from home (on our network).

  I have users who are complaining of disconnects and those who are not, but I see the above message in Admin mode for both instances.

  Is someone can clarify the case above for me?

  Maybe a disconnection initiated use is followed by another event.    Others that I'm not sure how.

• service console commands not show the non-root user

  Hello

  If I create a user with shell access none of the SC commands are available, even if I KNEW the root. As soon as I give you shell access to the root the command that are available once more.

  I tried add the user to the root user group account but still have the same question.

  Am I missing something?

• Root user cannot create VMS within the Resource Pool after you rename the Cluster

  Currently, vCenter manages two clusters. I renamed a single cluster and the root user seems now are not allowed to create a new Virtual Machine in resource pools to the title of the group with the changed name. I tried to change the name of the cluster to its original name... no luck.

  The root user can still create a VM under the individual cluster nodes, but not in a resource pool.

  The cluster that has not been renamed yet can be managed completely with the root user. Resource pools it allow me to create a virtual machine.

  I think it's a bug. When I created a new data center and migrate all nodes in cluster about him, the permissions problem I was experiencing did not follow.

  I have joined the new employer and find the instakklation made using Root user, we tried to create another and change the permissions, but I guess that's not the right solution and maybe a lot of questions to vomit afterwards.

  I would prefer to re - install the software again with this new user. The reason is that if you tried to start the old Setup, it may have created files with the root user and its permissions. If you do not know what files to change permissions, but you can try to recursively. Installation on Linux should take about 10 mts in order to take this path only.

• created by the "other" user suddenly on my logon page?

  I have a mac and have two Admin user accounts in addition to the guest account automatically created by mac. I connect to an account in the other, and suddenly, I saw a fourth user account created named 'other' and has two areas, one for the user name and the following line for the password. I tried to connect using the account of origin on the mac and it allowed to connect. Does anyone have an idea how it happened? I've attached a photo for reference. Thank you

  Altogether.  Just connect to the console as root and type 'passwd' to change the root password.  Be sure to keep track of what you set, because there is little recourse except in single-user mode if it goes astray.
