  In Vista, you can just type it into the search line, you get when you click Start, and then simply press to load any command that you enter. Alternatively, you can press the Windows key + r to get the run dialogue box and it do.

  If you want to have "executed" added to the start menu (not really necessary because the search line can perform the same function), right click on the taskbar, click Properties. On the start menu tab, click Customize, scroll through the list and select the box "run command".   First of all, please note that you mean a computer, not a cpu.  "CPU" means "Central processing unit". In modern personal computers, the CPU is a relatively small chip, an integrated circuit. It is located on the motherboard inside the computer case. It is not the case itself, nor is it the total computer, which includes the case and what it contains.

  If your card has been used fraudulently to subscribe, you should be able to get the charges reversed with your credit card company. Not to defend the whole Adobe Customer Service, but in this case Adobe has no way to tell if it is a fraudulent use.

  Maybe this can help someone else...  I had to simply properly uninstall CS3 and reinstall again after that.  I think what he sort!  I also remember having a similar problem with the Mac at work a couple of years back.  Not sure if it is the same for CS5/CS6.  Here is a link on how to properly uninstall CS3 on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS.  I'm on OS X 10.9.2 but it works beautifully.  Remove from Creative Suite 3 and CS3 products
