  Step 1: Use disable automatic restart on system failure option and check if you can find any error message. Previous post the error message complete and accurate which could help us help you better.

  Steps to select Disable automatic restart on system failure option:

  1. reboot the computer
  2 start typing the F8 key

  Welcome to the HP support community! I saw your post about the problem with Google Chrome works not once you've done an update. You have problems if you use a different browser? I would recommend that you uninstall Chrome and reinstall.

  I was not able to open Google Chrome for a few days.  I tried to uninstall the program, so I could always install thinking that would solve the question, but I'm not able to uninstall.  Finally, I realized that I was not able to open Chrome since the last round of updates to Microsoft Windows on May 23, 2015. So, I tried to uninstall all 6 updates (not knowing who has the problem), but have only managed to uninstall 2 of them - KB3035583 and KB3046480. I am now able to open Chrome... yay!

  I now want to know is

  (1) what are the 2 updates above?

  (2) are 'important '?

  (3) do I reinstall and do not have Chrome work?

  (4) how do I update/uninstall and reinstall Chrome?

  I can't get the iTunes Music store to open on my laptop, it works fine on the desktop, so the account is active, also cannot get quicktime player or google chrome to work. I downloaded the latest version of itunes. I also can't open Internet Explorer after Windows update, if I uninstall the updates that it works very well. I tried the dns, clearing reset IE, redownload itunes and checked to see if itunes is turned on in windows defender.   2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. you receive an error message while the accessingQuick time player, Internet explorer and Google chrome?

  4. What is the type of internet connection you use?

  5. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  6. are you able access Quick time player and Google chrome after uninstallation of the update?

  I suggest that you check if the problem persists in mode safe mode with networking.

  Steps to start in safe mode with networking

  Note: Do not try the step below if you use wireless or internet Dialup Connection

  (a) restart your computer if it is running.

  (b) press F8 after your computer powers initially on.

  (c) once you see the menu Advanced Boot Options, you can stop tapping.

  When in my office, if I click on the Google Chrome icon on the taskbar, the site is displayed in a screen separated by itself instead of on my desk. On this separate screen in the lower left corner there are two icons: icon Apps and Google Chrome icon. In Vista, the Google Chrome would display the site on my desktop and I could create a shortcut to the Web site simply by dragging the address of my office. With this split screen, I can't create a shortcut to the Web site.

  the title says most of it. I got a virus which, for some reason usually let me open all windows programs or all programs like antivirus things or anything that would be useful at all, but ideally he always allows me to get on google chrome. Ive been reading around to see what is my problem and I can say that I should be good if I can just force a restore or get my computer in SafeMode somehow, but even that does not work. When I restart my computer, even if I press f8 when it is placed in service or f12 at the logo screen to get restart options, it does nothing. I see a way to solve this problem, unless theres another way to get into safe mode or perhaps force a system restore sort.

  First of all, it is rare that system restore will fix a virus problem. You should focus on access to safe mode to resolve this problem.

  Check if you need to hit a function key lock before the F key working in the mode you want. You can also try this, even if the bug can block: click Start and type msconfig, then the . Click on continue in the UAC prompt. Go to the Startup tab, select the line of safeboot and click apply/ok. It should encourage them to restart and will automatically load safe mode.

  Once in safe mode, you will want to run full system scans with your favorite antivirus and antispyware software. You can also use malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org) as a method to remove bugs.

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.
