  Since your not sure what the 'others' are I would recommend you to restore your iPhone. I know that you will lose all your data, but not restore from a backup of iCloud so start as a new phone.   Can you try reinstalling Firefox? Uninstall it from your control panel > programs and features/add / remove programs (if you want to keep your bookmarks and other information, not deletion of personal information). After uninstallation, delete the Mozilla Firefox folder to remove the remnants of files damaged uninstallation (your profile is in a different location, so will not be affected by the present):
