  I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite Pro P100 pspa4 with Vista installed.
  I have my SD properly installed host adapter (well looks like in Device Manager)
  But absolutely nothing happens when I insert an SD card.

  I have a Mass Storage Controller not properly installed and I think that's the reason why, but I can t find any drivers for it.

  On XP, everything works fine.
  Anyone know where to find the drivers for that?
  On the Vista from Toshiba driver page I can only find drivers SD utilities.

  On the European driver Toshiba page, you will find the Flash Media Driver for Texas Instruments. This is the driver for the Bridge Media Slot. This slot allows you to insert an SD card, Memory Stick (Pro) or xD picture cards.

  Try to reinstall and the SD card should work!

  I therefore installed Windows 8 (new install, no upgrades) on the machine and since then the card reader does not work. I downloaded and installed the drivers from the Lenovo Web site and after the failure of Driver Genius, and of ThinkVantage System Update 5.03. Still doesn't work, I install them, but after I reboot it is installed but does not have the card reader (it worked before on Windows 7, the same day, I installed W8). I've updated to 8.1 and the problem persists.

  Yesterday, I did a clean install of Windows 8.1 DVD and did not install anything other than the minimum Lenovo drivers/packages to date (updated system from Lenovo and Lenovo Solution Center). Windows had a notification message that I had to install a driver for the Ricoh media player and its link took me to the download page for Lenovo 2.24.18.01 - what X 230 X 220 and I saw the 2.25.18.01 version too so that, on the contrary (if I was going to risk using the X 230 that I might as well use later). Anyway, I was watching the CPU with a lot of attention and it works fine.

  Note in the case where it is relevant - when I installed the driver, I didn't have an inserted SD card.

  Have you tried taking in 4.6 instead of relink'ing?

  I just bought my family a Qosmio X 770 and window system report more games like Diablo III report that the Intel HD family control is the active video card and not the GTX560M?

  How can it be? The computer is directly from the factory. Both are active, do I have to manually disable the Intel controller in the system Panel?

  It looks super weird for me that such a thing exists.

  Please advise, that would be much appreciated!

  Hello

  You can't disable the internal Intel graphics.
  The point is that it is controlled automatically if the graphics card supports nVidia Optimus technology.

  If the application needs complete graphic performance, the external nVidia chip will be used.
  If the application does not have good graphic performance, the internal GPU Intel would be used to save energy.

  But of course, you can assign the GPU in a single application.

  You try to change something in the directory "app." You can't do that. The "app" directory is read-only. If the database is delivered with your application, you must copy to the directory "app-storage" If there are still and open from there.

• BBM BBM works only on WiFi

  BBM always works in WiFi, everything, ever. But when I go to cellular data, I lose the BB icon in the top right and voila, no more BBM. There is no problem with and the other application or whatever it is and on top of: my home internet provider is the same as my cellular data provider, and that market on my wifi at home!

  Been scanning all over google, no idea of what happens. If I understand that BBM no longer has need of any plan or anything; and there should be no reason why it does not.

  @zFadil995 Based on what you are describing I suggest you contact your carrier to make sure your cellular data connection is active.  If you are experiencing similar problems while browsing or using e-mail on your cell connection which could explain failures when you use a cellular connection with BBM.

She also mentioned that she can't send me BBM.  We tried to remove and add contacts, but the BBM still does not work unless there is an active wifi. Can someone help me with my concern?
