  I have successfully added a Facebook button to recommend to a page on my site. It works and when I click the button appears in my FB newsfeed. However, the thumbnail image of the Web page that appears is a piece little cropped Web page - you can't tell what it is and it's horrible.

• Tag mounting problem for Facebook Open Graph HEAD

  In the page order to play nice with some of the new features Facebook they can add the content of the meta tag to identify the page as a specific "object" in the graph of Facebook.
  
  The problem is that they ask allows you to add information of namespace as an attribute in the head tag, and when I try to put anything in the actual markup itself I get an error:
  
  Header must contain a < head > and < / head > tags.
  
  
  I try to do the head tag look like this:

  I have an end tag for the head, I just thing the validation fails if you put anything in the head itself tag.

  We have published a Patch Set Exception (PSE) which corrects this bug, and that can be run against a 4.1 4.1.1 or instance. You can get the PSE by going to My Oracle Support and you are looking for the #13804236 bug, then download p13804236_112020_Generic.zip and follow the readme.

• Pull graphics individual of a multiple waveform graph?

  Hi all, is there a way to the analysis of individual graphics of a waveform based on a description given?  I know that the wave doesn't than the Y, t0 and attributes t, but there must be a way to do this.

  The user enters a group of data by channel.  I want to be able to do is isolate one graph of the waveform based on the tag name of the channel and show this on a separate chart.

  I've attached screenshots taken from view of the code where the plots are generated and the center of user input.

  You can do it. When you get the name of the attribute (as in my first attachment), you can compare it with the name of the desired tag, using the functions in the range of comparison.

  If your match is found, then a case structure and write the waveform in a chart.

  Otherwise, proceed to the waveform through a shift register and write in the graph.

  How do you define meta tags in muse. I have never don this before and I could help me understand a problem I have with widgets, I bought it for muse. Im trying to set up sharing of links to my site this widget for muse-themes widget is called Social sharing buttons and I got it to work with Twitter, but not Facebook. Asked them but just in case where someone else here could help that would be useful incase I didn't hear from them right and incase someone else has a better ideal how can I add share links in muse.   In a bar graph when we left say counts on a bar y axis, and if the numbers are like 1, 2, then the y axis shows the values as 0,0,1,1,2. There is no parameter to play with the values on the axis. It seems that automatically, what he wants, perhaps based on what ever the values it becomes. I expected something like 0, 1,2,3... etc.

  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Hi Ryan,

  By default, the automatic calculation used for graphics mode is 'Basic', but it seems you use the parameter "Smart", as indicated in the AnyChart online documentation here: http://www.anychart.com/products/anychart/docs/users-guide/Axes-Scales.html#auto-calculation-modes.  To apply this setting to your chart, go to the page graph attribute, value "use Custom XML' Yes and update the tag to the tag y_axis to set auto_calculation_mode ="Smart ".

  I'm completely confused. I just finished the layout of a 176 page book in ID and I'm tagging the book for PDF accessibility. I read that it is better to tag in ID before exporting to PDF. My problem is, I don't know what I'm supposed to do or how to do it, and everything I read is me even more confused. I'm getting nowhere.

  
  I do not expect a complete cycle on it, but can someone please answer a few questions to give me a good boost (I can even ask the wrong questions). 1.) how can you add alt text to the graphics in ID or Acrobat?  2.) how to add a tag in the code. I mean, I can add a tag, but I don't know where or why I'm adding.  3.) how do you manually tag a file in Acrobat 9 Pro or change brands of car once it's done?

  Yes, you can graphics of InDesign alt tag, and it is easier than post tagging in Acrobat, in my opinion:

  1. open the tags panel. It comes to XML tags. No HTML, but you can add an Alt attribute to the Image tag in the Structure pane (view > Structure)

  2. When you click on the big, black point at the top of the Structure pane, you are presented with a dialog box offering the attribute and the value. The attribute is 'Alt' and the value is the text label you want to describe the graph. NOTE: when you type * Alt * do not forget to type with a capital A, tiny ell, te lowercase, otherwise it won't work in the PDF file. This may be a bug.

  3. export to Adobe PDF. In general options, make sure to activate a switch that says this * create PDF tag *.

  You probably chose the smaller size Preset file at the top of the dialog box, too, or a variant of user-friendly web of sRGB on it!

  In Indesign CS 3 and CS 4, when a picture was locked, position I couldn't use the service tag on the image Frame.

  Could not change the position of the element in the structure the locked position images window...

  Was this something new in CS3 and CS4? How disable/overcome this restriction?

  It is not clear from your posts, it is a question of script, but I will respond as if it was. Review the Scripting Guide MarkingUpGraphics.jsx script. We can show your problem by making a few changes to the script. Find the line (in the function of mySnippet):

  var myGraphic = myDocument.pages.item (0).pageItems.item (0).graphics.item (0);

  Now add this line following the line above:

  myGraphic.parent.locked = true;

  Run the script, and you'll see the error message indicates that InDesign cannot mark the chart because it is locked.

  Now, add the following lines below the threshold of what we just added:

  var myRestoreLock = false;

  if(myGraphic.parent.Locked == true) {}
  myGraphic.parent.locked = false;
  myRestoreLock = true;
  }

  Then, find the line:

  var myXMLElement = myDocument.xmlElements.item (0).xmlElements.add (myXMLTag, myGraphic);

  .. .and add the following lines below:

  if(myRestoreLock == true) {}
  myGraphic.parent.locked = true;
  }

  Run the script again. You will see that the script unlocks the graph (or its parent rectangle, really). The script will not change the location of the chart.

• using advanced for a graph Query Builder

  I'm trying to insert a chart based on a query in my report model. However, the data comes from a text file; so I create the object of the request for the chart of the analysis of the text file. However, the "query.name" and "query.number" fields do not change for each record in the original report query - only the first record is used. So the first card on the first page is correct, but the map never changes for all other pages (each page represents one record in the query). That's what I put in the advanced query designer:

  So basically the file name is set according to the first row (result) of the report query, but then the file name (and thus the graph) never change even if all other fields based on a query on my page change correctly (all other queries. BlahBlah fields to update correctly). Is this a bug? I don't think I was doing anything too crazy.

  Phew! I found a really great solution, which has a ton of uses.

  First of all, like I should have made, ANY variable in a coldfusion tag will be figured out when the report is called, not for each query result. In other words, the query.xxx or report.xxx or anything that's NEVER going to work properly inside a tag, not even in a report feature or Advanced Query Builder.

  However, there is a simple way around this. Simply make a function in relation to the arguments and in the editor of your field expressions calling the function, and pass query variables or State:
  #report.yourFunction (query.field1, query.field2) #.
  You can do all sorts of magic of Coldfusion function and return any shape desired result.

  For my particular example (creating a query object for a chart to insert dynamically), I had to add a step is not so obvious: create the object of my application with a shared (in this case, the scope of the request) scope, otherwise the variable is trapped in the scope of the function. So it was my solution: I had a chart with the option 'Print when' my function call "getChartQuery" (from query variables, of course). The function built "Request.ThisChartQuery" and returns True if there's something in there (the logic of "Print when" uses the Boolean value of whether to display the graph or not). My card is always based on a query, but the Advanced Query builder has NOTHING in it, with the exception of the variable that contains the query object ("Request.ThisChartQuery").

  There is another solution, I found where the report function makes all of the chart (using cfchart tags, etc.) and saves to a PNG file and then returns the path to the image. Then, you simply add an image field to the report, and you use the expression builder to call the function. Well, hope this has helped someone!

• Name for faces tags delete surnames on iOS Photos

  I noticed that on Photos 10, if you assign a name to a face, that is "John Doe", Photos of iOS will only keep the name ("John") if the person is a person from your address book. The face will be called only as 'John '. Therefore, you will be able to search and find the "John Doe" or "Smith" in Photos, only 'John '.

  If I name a face whose Photos name does not correspond to a contact, full name is intact and I can search accordingly.

  This makes it much less useful research, for obvious reasons. Everyone sees the same behavior?

  Yes, sometimes all names from the Contact card.  And it's a more boring trap, because I don't know the full name of a person of the tag below the album of people. I need to find the person in the contacts and compare the photo on the card for the photo in the Photos. My current work around is not to use any name of my Contact cards to avoid the abbriviation of names. I add a prefix to all of the names of people. Instead of "John Doe" I use ' Italy: John Doe ", if I met John while on holiday in Italy. This allows to group people by the events, I met them.
