• Gray text animation 'Apply' button

  PRE 8.0.1 normally does not allow me animate text. I got the button text will apply to light up once or twice, but he doesn't not apply the animation after making it.

  1. don't have only one line of text

  2. make sure that you have selected the text or highlight all of the text block.

  3. Select an animation.

  It's surprising how many people neglect to select the text frame and the animation before attempting to apply the Animation to text!

• Insert text animation suddenly does not work in 5.5

  I inserted a text animation on my blade, and it worked fine. So I decided that I didn't want, so I removed it. Now I can't insert an animation of text on a slide at all. I click the text Animation button and nothing happens. I try Insert--> text Animation and nothing happens. Any thoughts?

• How can I remove a text animation?

  I applied a 3D text animation preset to one of my text layers. But I'm not sure how to delete. There is no other option when I right click, or in animation taking place on the top menu. I would like to know this, just in case I have apply animations to different layers and that you want to remove an animation from a single layer and not the other. In this way, undo wouldn't.

  See how I have 1 host has highlighted? Do that and then press the keyboard delete key or the back button back.

  Have had no luck importing animation using the Insert > Animation option. Even if they are .swf files in the Gallery, they cannot be imported.

  As Anthony, responsive projects are out of HTML5, which means that you cannot use a SWF inside. Everything is grayed out for reactive projects is not available for them: all the objects that are indicated by the tracker, Ray, free polygon and custom shape, D & D HTML form. This has nothing to do with being on Mac/Win, why Mac users feel more often discriminated I don't quite understand. Take a look at the help documentation, where you can find everything that is not supported (yet) for projects of a reactive nature. If you want an animation, you can use an effect (those who are supported, they are listed in the effects Panel) or create an animation HMTL/Edge and insert.

• Editing text display button?

  I'm embarrassed to ask this, but I'm stumped. I have an offshoot slide with text 6 buttons, and I need to add a button "test me". I want the button quiz is distinct from the others, but outside to pass an image button, which does not have a "Test me" image I can find, I'm stuck with changing just the text on the button.   A few ideas if you do not want to create a custom image button (which is not so difficult): use the static or interactive button widget, there a few different layouts.

  Only a transparent button and a rectangle or any other shape below the layer.

  I'm just trying to understand this program and here my question. When I add the default text for a clip, and then select this option and attempt to add text animation, the button apply is not highlighted, and I'm not able to add any animation to text. Help is appreciated, thanks.

  You can select the text and the animation that you want to use for the Appy button to activate.

  (Note that you can only apply animation of text on a single line of text.)

  What I am doing wrong? I want to apply an animation of type preset text path. I type in the text, in this case the word "whatever", select it in the timeline panel and then set up the trace of predefined text animation "PIPES" and drag it on the word or the layer in the timeline panel. "PIPES" and its path will appear, however they erase the word "whatever." It wont let me change the 'PIPES' place holder text with my word and even when I press play, the word "PIPES" is just there like the compostion plays and that it does not animate along its path. Any ideas?

• Text animations works not after after affects the update

  I had CC2015 AE already and have been using fine.  Yesterday all my apps have been updated and now when I apply a predefined text animation, the path of test is is more honored.  The text, in some cases, move, but does not follow the path.  He puts on the scale and kerns.  Does anyone else have this problem?

  FWIW, I just got the phone with Adobe and they said this is definitely a bug in the latest version.  I roll back a version

  Hello guys.

  So there is this idea of mine, where I would like to create the following text animation:

  White text, then something like a knife cut on this text (in the middle of the text, but the line is not horizontal right, rather a bit diagonal) as well as the cutting line, the red color appears (imitation of blood), then this line of cut red color begins to slow down (and only the letters cover letters (, no backing at this stage), after the 'blood' starts any kind of letters.

  You start thinking in childbirth, learn more about the masking, follow masks mattes and don't be afraid to duplicate layers. Here is one approach.

  1. Create your text layer
  2. Add a mask for the text layer to give you the path of the knife
  3. Set a keyframe for the mask path and copy
  4. Add an image of a knife to the timeline
  5. Set a key position for the knife and stick.
  6. The knife now follows the same path you drew with the open mask
  7. Return the text layer and reproduce twice
  8. Change the mask on the first page of the text layer and close if you only see the top half of the text layer
  9. Add a solid white to the model and place it on the bottom layer
  10. The value of the basic copy of the text layer as a track matte for the blood spatter
  11. Animate the position of blood spatter layer so that it corresponds to the cutting knife
  12. Add another layer down to create the animation of blood dripping

  When you are finished, you might want to add the bevel Alpha to give blood some brightness and surface tension. It depends on your design.

  Here's what's happening. The first folio of half of your text layer mask layer of blood. The second copy of the text provides a matte for the layer of blood. The copy of the text layer base gives your text the same color as the first sheet so that the layer of animated blood covers it.

  This is only one of the two ways of tens to the effect. Launch text animations to make the bottom half of the separate letters because they are cut off would be a nice addition.

  In the application of the advice of DPS, see overlays Advanced > sharp buttons. Basically, there are three solutions of workaround:

  Option 1: Invisible framework

  Option 2: Button above the button. "Button" is a static image. The top button has an invisible normal appearance and a different aspect of click, for example a border or text in a different color.

  Option 3: Vector several ESM for buttons with several actions which show/hide other MSOS. See DPS tips for more details.

  Try to use the predefined animation of text processing. You'll find it under preset animations > text > MultiLIne.

  Just add an extra character at the end of your text. It doesn't matter what it is. Then press UU to reveal all the animators. Go the last keyframe to Type on and adjust the cursor Type to a value that is less than the total number of characters in your text string. You can watch it happen.

  That's all. Just make sure that you use a font that has underscore. You can set the symbol that you use for the slider to set the value of character in text animations. is 127 the | and 95 is the _____
