All YouTube videos are green but has audio when you use Internet Explorer 10 in the desktop computer and the startup screen. All other videos work and I have to leave Internet Explorer 10, find and view the YouTube video using Google Chrome.

When I right click on a video and chose the settings for the Adobe Flash Player in Google Chrome there is an option "Enable hardware acceleration" and when I do the same thing in Internet Explorer, the option is not there but is instead the States ' allow s.timg.com to access your camera and microphone?

What is s.timg.com? I prefer to refuse access. He is refused in Google Chrome.

I only use Windows Defender for safety. I scanned the computer with Windows Defender and CCleaner.  Everything to the default settings.

'Show info' in Google. Google Chrome uses "video decoding software.

TagStreamPlayer, HTTP, 20733 Kbps

'Show info' in Internet Explorer 10. Internet Explorer 10 is using "video decoding acceleration.

timestamp seconds 21.056
medium 640 x 360, 557 Kbps, 100% volume
TagStreamPlayer, HTTP, 13704 Kbps
step 10 fps, video 30 fps, 17 fell, 0 kbps
accelerates video rendering, accelerated video decoding
NaN db, 1 audio factor

I don't want to use the option "internet options/advanced/Accelerated Graphics / use is made of the software instead of GPU rendering '. The video if I choose that option, but it will stop/stop go, stop/stop go.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your prompt response.
