  OK - I've updated my test page to include the date in the filter - [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=267:126]. I added a new page element called P126_DATE for the date filter

  Everything seems to work very well.

  The only time I haven't had "no data" was when I had included all the records in the EMP and clicked on a link for a record that had no value of hiring date. Otherwise, clicking on any link meets the standard report ok. Have you tried using TO_CHAR or TO_DATE to ensure that both sides of the WHERE statement using the same type of data?

  This site works fine for me. Try this to adjust your display:

  View > character encoding > Western (ISO 8859 - 1).

  It's actually my defined by default, here:

  Tools > Options > content

  Click the Advanced button, right next to the font size, then check the bottom drop-down list control.

  It is difficult to know what is the best value by default, but this one works well for navigation mainly English / US web sites.

  Monitor all that supports the dom will return with this, assuming metaVal is the content string (with the backslash escaped well, say, if applicable).
