  Using print in the Contacts application produced a print dialog box to print envelopes with my Canon. However, I then went to file > export as PDF > and I got a complete list with all the info. You can then print it from there.

  I just upgraded to El Capitan lion and can no longer send a group email without showing addresses of members. Does anyone have a solution? It's what I do: Mail > Preferences, click 'compose', uncheck the box, 'when sending to a group, see addresses members' return to the mail and put the name of the Group (of Contacts), "-" on the ground. Thanks for any help.

• How to remove a smart group in mail

  I recently bought a new iMac with El Capitan installed on it.  Recently for some reasonI have seen almost all of my emails from email box.  When I checked my contacts for mail, I saw that this name has been listed as a smart group.  How can I remove the smart group?  I don't want to use this feature.

  It is not "go to" a smart mailbox. A smart mailbox is a quest that displays all the message that match the search criteria. It does not record messages and no messages are moved in. However, all of the messages you will find are real and exist in other places. What you do with a message in a box smart mailbox will affect the original message.

  You can delete only one like any other box.  Select it and use the command remove the mailbox in the mailbox menu or in the menu contextual (right-click).

  This used to work and the Apple documentation States official that should work, but it no longer works.  This creates a HUGE GENE!

  Even if my writing is properly set in Mail when sending to a group address, the program reveals e-mail address of each recipient.

  @APPLE: 1 - this used to work.  2 - when adding bells and whistles useless, make sure you at least that what used to work still works!

  Apple is not regularly monitor the discussions. These are mostly a user in discussions.

  Send feedback to Apple. They will not respond, but at least know that there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it can become the problem solved as soon as possible.

• Can I safely send e-mails to 300 members with a commitment of 4 pages or do I need to break it down into small group e-mail addresses.

  I am accused of sending a 4-page newsletter each month to 300 members.  I broke this number into three distinct groups.  Will I have any problems with sending 100 emails with the attachment page 4 to say?  I have to that break down more?  Can I send the attachment 4 pages to all 300 members at the same time?  (I'm afraid that my computer can explode if I do).

  The size and number of recipients, you can send to is determined by your ISP/Mail Server.

  Cannot create contact groups in Windows Mail Vista 64 bit, updated to Svc Pak 1. It has no place in the 'Contacts' window to create a new group of contacts. 'Help' said ' go to 'Contacts' toolbar and select 'New group contact'.» No such place on the toolbar.   ??  This is where I have already created two contact groups...  That's happened?

  The Contacts window sometimes forget its supposed to display Contact data.

  1. open Windows Contacts
  2. right-click anywhere in the right pane.
  3. Select "Properties" at the bottom of the list
  4. click on the tab 'Customize' on the 'Properties' page that opens.
  5. change the 'Type', 'Contacts' folder

  How can I print the e-mail addresses for a contact group in Windows Mail. I selected the group name of list of contacts and right-click for the print command, but only get names in a list. Can't see how to get their addresses to print also. Thank you!

• Re - Group E-mail: I'm Ok with sending messages as bcc, but I'd rather display all names, but none e-mail address. Possible?

  I set up the list to display the names for each Member. My account displays the names of more star when I send a mail, but when the answers back to me, all addresses are displayed.

  In the "address book".

  • Select the address book
  • Double-click the contact to change
  • Full name: this is the name that will appear in the fields of THE and at THE.
  • Select: "always prefer full name on the message header.

  If you receive emails that do not display the "display name, but there is a yellow star after the email address, then you have more than one entry for this contact, perhaps in a different address book." So check all the books including "Collected addresses" address to this email address.

  If there is a yellow star next to the address in the email received, so that email address is in an address book. If there is no yellow star, then that email address is not in an address book.

  I know how to load new contacts and worldwide unsubscribe them but I'm trying to figure out how to unsubscribe them only to the Group an email because we have several brands. Someone knows how to do this in E10? Thank you

  One way I've seen to do would be to put everyone in a list shared during the download.

  Then, build a small program that has a stage for them to unsubscribe from the campaign. Add the list shared in the program and this will be done.

• Need to import Solution for adding/updating external CRM (no Salesforce) given in Eloqua Contacts including the definition of groups/e-mail preferences

  We have a system of CRM of Blackbaud (a leading global provider for non-profits CRM) called the Raiser's Edge.  We want to automate nightly adding/updating of coordinates corresponding to the email address in contacts Eloqua records.  For example, we in the raiser's edge fields like "Member status", which has an "A" for assets, 'L' for out of date, or a "D" for fall.  We also have a field as "Membership Type", who can say 'Reguiler year 1' or 'Discount group membership 2 year' or 'Life member', etc...  We want to create custom fields corresponding to the Eloqua Contact folder to the same email address so that we can use this data to create segments in Eloqua.  What are my options to automate this process on a job every night to add/update the Eloqua Contact records?  We also want to automate in Eloqua that when the custom field, we create a file of Contact called Eloqua "Member status" passes any value to an "A" for assets, that you subscribe to the email address to send two groups/preferences, called "Generation Joshua" and "XBrents Email Group" (see below).  Note: When a constituent purchases a membership, they must agree to be added to those groups/preferences of two emails with instructions they can unsubscribe to one or the other or both at any time by accessing our Web site (using the subscription Eloqua, Web page management).  All options on how we can auto, this process, too?  I have on my team of software developers .NET who worked with API many other providers in the past.

  Hi Bill,

  You can use the REST API in bulk to load your contacts into Eloqua. We have a post on the topic: How to download Contacts from a list and an example project in c# available on Github. (Canvas or program Builder) workflow engine to manage triggers you want depending on the value in a custom field. Workflow decisions can evaluate the data in any field and move or update members of the program accordingly.

  I received an email with 60 names in the "TO" address I would like to import the entire group to mail and also be able to have him as a 'group' in my mail. How can I import the entire group of addresses at once? I'm on an iMac using 10.11.3

  Addresses (contacts) are not stored in Mail - you can add/delete/modify them in their own application: Contacts. I don't know if you can export a bunch of them at the same time directly from Mail (I know you can make one)-I don't have in my Inbox a try for now.

• Received an email "(null)" with the group mailing list

  I have updated to OS X 10.6.x for OS X 10.11.2 with Server (5.0), then turned on the messaging service.

  Then after some members of the Group received mail "(null)". I mean there is '(null)' text only in the body of the message and no subject of the mail.

  The sender of the email is also strange. If the email is '[email protected]', the sender of the email is "[email protected]".

  Do you know how can I solve the problem?

  I saw this same error several times with one of my clients.  I test this potential solution - verify access to Services for the Group and make sure that it has access to messaging enabled.
