Had to get a new hard drive and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud with all my applications.  Now they do not work.

My hard drive has been crashing on my work computer and had to be replaced.  I had to reinstall all my applications and Adobe Creative Cloud.  When I try to go into all of my apps, they will not open.  I get the message that there was a problem and then it closes the application.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps suggested Adobe and Microsoft steps.  I need help to solve this problem.

Uninstall anything cc already installed.

clean a http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Restart your computer

Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

the application allows to install your programs of cc.
