  All new features are for the new iPad iPad iPad/Air 2 Mini, iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5th generation or later version.

  No email provider will send you any reset password or even instructions on how to reset your password send by e-mail.
  Simple logic says that if you have password problems you cannot open this e-mail.

  Access your email providers web page mail and see if you can connect it. If you can then you have something else causes the error of password as incorrect server settings.
  If it doesn't then look for a link reset the password.

  Page to reset a password forgotten help most if not all providers have a link on their email. You need to go you or your provider e-mail for assistance.
  As noted above, Norio Thunderbird is software running on your computer email client. It has nothing to do with administration your password by e-mail.
