• Unknown hardware error code C0000b6d

  I've been browsing the other hardware error codes and have not seen this exact one. My system is a Dell Dimension 8400. This happened directly after a notice flashed on the screen that Avast found a threat, but there wasn't anything I had to do.  Then poof the blue screen of death with the 'unknown hardware error code c0000b6d.

  After that hand, stopping and restarting I get only the Dell screen flash then a high cursor flashing screen left. Cannot get in Mode safe on reboot... just cursed cursor.

  1. do you have the Windows XP installation CD?

  Method 1

  It is possible that the hard disk has errors that need to be repaired by using the Windows XP CD.

  If you have the Windows XP CD then I suggest that you run chkdsk on the computer to analyze and repair corrupt errors on the hard drive.

  CHKDSK is available in the Windows Recovery Console and can be a very valuable tool in the treatment of a system that will not start correctly. The use of the Recovery Console is discussed elsewhere, but note that many systems have been rescued by the command chkdsk C: /R Recovery Console there are only two: / p: performs a comprehensive check of the drive and corrects any errors. Does not check if bad sectors / a: locates bad sectors and recovers readable information

• MS VirtualLab Lync Server 2010 does not. error code 1. tested from multiple PCs. What is the problem?

  I tried to run the laboratories of different pc and got the same error each time.
   
  Please specify what is the problem?
   
  Yesterday, I used these labs without all the problems.

• HP Hardware Diagnostic test

  I ran the HP's Diagnostic Test twice and he came the same twice (Test to go snack) ME516-16W error code. Error code (checkerboard Test) ME516-15W. ME516-17W error code (a left walk Test). ME516-18W error code (a right walk Test). Error code (model auxiliary Test) ME516-3W. ME516-5W (Advanced Pattern Test) error code. The rest of the test came out good. Anyone know what could be the problem and what should I do about it? Thanks advance.

  Please, turn off your computer and remove the memory DIMM. Then, use a can of compressed air, blow gently dust and dirt on the memory locations. Now put the DIMMs and test your computer again by using the HP Test's diagnosis. If the errors continue, please remove all except one DIMM and test the computer again. Tests if DIMM, remove it and put it aside. Continue his tests the remaining DIMM in the same way, taking care to note that DIMM is good and which are bad. If all DIMMS test good or bad, retest them in another location.

  Checkerboard Test ME516-15W error code

  Market the error code a test of law ME516-18W

  Error code bit low test ME516-14W

  Waling error code a try on the left ME516-17W

  then prompty died again.  Logic tells me that a module of memory went bye bye.  Can someone tell me precisely on these error codes.  Thank you

  Matched pair means; same manufacturer, same chip type, same size, same CASE, etc.   Would you buy a pair as two memory DIMMs together.  You might have the same 512 MB DIMM in blue locations and the two dimms of 1 GB in black locations.  I balanced in blue locations and matched pairs slots black and they are different manufacturers in my m9200t system. However, I took care to ensure that both ca and tension were the same (Samsung and Kingston DIMM).

  This error would tend to indicate that the hard disk is running out.  First thing we do is to backup all your personall files as soon as you can.

  Once completed, the only solution is to replace the drive.  If you need a guide on this, please let me know.

  Paul, you should make an appointment and take your Macbook service, either to the nearest Apple store or FSAA. The error code appears to indicate a battery temperature sensor error.

  The first AHT I ran gave me the code of error 4MEM/9 / 40000000:0x79456d90.  I shut down the computer as suggested and then re run AHT and received the error code 4MEM/9 / 40000000:0x794a4390.  The two tests have been extended to tests.  Is that going to be an expensive repair?

  The error indicates that there is a RAM problem.  Since you have a MBP of the retina, the only alternative you have is to take the MBP for an Apple store genius bar.  (RAM is welded in a MBP of the retina and is not accessible to the user)  The assessment will be FREE and they will advise you of all the costs involved.

  I am running vista Home premium that came pre-installed (so I don't have a disc) on a hp pavilion slimline S3500f

  I had a problem when windows wouldn't load, just kept freezing and restarting a couple of times before it load.

  I was recommended to change my graphics card, which I did and windows starts to load and then arrested again.

  Then I got a blue screen Uni, when I ran a diagnostic test, I got an error code BioHD-8 a smart test failed on the drive

  I have Norton anti-virus installed on the pc

  I think it means that the hard drive may be failing.  How will a start clean and check correct this?
