  To try to correct the problem, to completely reinstall your OS Mac El Capitan using stored on your Mac OS X Recovery boot disk recovery system.   It will take a few minutes, but he's going to reinstall a new copy of the El Cap OS with all latest updates.

• Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update Canon EOS 80 d

  Hello

  I am trying to import RAW + JPEG images of my new Canon EOS 80 d in Photos. When I try to choose images-> use BRUTE as the original , I get the following error message:

  Cannot switch Original.

  Pictures cannot move to the original because the RAW is not supported.

  I wonder now if the current version of Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update includes the 80 d EOS, and if not, when it will be updated.

  My version of Photos is:

  Version 1.5 (370.42.0)

  Digital camera RAW 6.18.1 (831)

  Digital Camera Support RAW 6181 (207)

  I have not seen the 80 EOS D on the RAW supports list - Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

  Support of Canon is generally fast so I hope that with the next RAW update

  Since the 2.1 update, I get this message... Sorry! The toggle Bluetooth app Droid (Process.compboyd.widget.bluetooth) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. FORCECLOSE... This comes at least 2 - 3 times a day since the update and sometimes causing my phone to lock and or stopping when I have to remove the battery turns on again. Any ideas?

  I agree, looks like a software conflict.

  It is located right next to the button + to open a new window. I don't really like it. I looked to see if a strange app has found its way onto my system, but I don't see everything that has been installed.

  Any ideas how to get rid of. I saved a screenshot of it, but don't know where to post.

  You're not talking Apple here.  It is a moderated forum for Apple to discuss features and troubleshooting. Apple-> system-> software update Preferences menu contains options to disable automatic downloads, although the Mac App Store update itself for Snow Leopard activates the automatic notifications of updates.  While a nuisance, you have just to tell more later, only choose to update once you have read the documentation to verify that its good operation with what you have.  Always back up your data before allowing updates.

  This update just keeps appearing in the app store and do not update, but presents itself as an update!

  It has updated 6 times so far but is never the end of the installation.

  It is not uncommon that the App Store for installs repeated the same update of the list, it is an indication that the installation can not be downloaded correctly.

  You can check the installation if you go to 'about this Mac' then report system, software, Installations.

  You can force quit the App Store.

  Click on your Apple  menu at the top left of your screen.

  In the menu drop down click on force quit.

  I noticed the following-

  July 13 installed Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 6.20

  19 July, installed as part of the iTunes store update 12.4.2.

  What gives?

  Hmm, I've recently started using combo updates, update several MacBooks, copy of the update to a USB key.

  In the section "Installed updates in the last" 30 days, there were two entries as noted above. Report of the system, the facilities, it is also updated two 6.20 lists.

  Updates duplicate matter? The last replaces just previous?

  I've noticed recently that Aperture (3.6) will not open my. CRW files. I suspect that something has changed in the last Digital Camera RAW update (6.20) I have a few weeks back. Does anyone else have this problem?

  Have you tried to reinstall the RAW Support?  Sometimes the download from the App Store does not correctly install, then it helps to reinstall it from the downloads page.   Has anyone else tried to get the English version of Windows 7 ISO of the MS download site?  I have a valid key and the website let me only to get the Korean or French version.  English useful MS tech 'UN' told me that the English version is no longer supported and should I install one of these versions and then download the language package and install it.  Has anyone else been in this position?  It was a horrible experience with the online chat with technical support.

  Some people have persevered with contact support via the link on the MS download site and have finally received the download links temporary for an English version.  [You will find these discussions if you looking for the Korean forum as most people in your situation included that word in their title of the question.  I don't remember one of these threads containing any additional info that would be of no use to you.]

  If that does not appeal to you & you still cannot find your original installation disks, then buy a disc-relocation

  1. Amazon now stock reinstallation DVD for just a quid [the link is for their UK site site American stocks also to them].
  2. These seem to be exactly what they claim they do not have a product key and that they are specifically described as being for reassembly only - in other words, they are not an attempt to distribute pirated Windows.
  3. You must use your own product key for activation.
  4. Make sure order you Windows 7 edition {Home Premium etc.} that is identified on your certificate of authenticity [the label that contains your product key].
  5. Some of the sellers provide 32 bit and 64 bit DVD, while others provide one or the other.  So make sure you order the right kind.
  6. These discs can do everything what a system repair disc can do, so you'll not need to make a separately.
