  The ASUS GTX 560 should adapt and work very well. The Antec PSU is great and very likely to have problems in the space provided. It can interfere with connections to the motherboard and push against the CD/DVD discs. Please look at the Corsair CX600 instead. It is only slightly larger than the block of power SUPPLY HP stock and is known to adapt.

To start in UEFI since CD/DVD mode, it must be a special boot image that allows to start the EFI boot in \efi\boot. ISO created by the wizard upgrade of Windows 8 has only the boot image standard for the normal BIOS boot mode, while the preview of Windows 8 ISO has two boot images, BIOS and UEFI mode.

  The solution is to build a new ISO file, with two boot images. Boot images are available in the ISO file system. I have sucessfully built ISO with the Microsoft tool "oscdimg.
