  If the update is not installed, it will probably reappear in the list of updates.

  I suggest that you temporarily disable your anti-virus and spyware/malware software while performing the update.

• BlackBerry Smartphones has tried to update the device software, now unable to connect to the device via USB

  I tried to update my 8100 to the 4.5 software.  I first updated the desktop to 4.7 software, then tried to update the device, but the process has failed.

  Now, when I open the Desktop Manager it shows not connected to the device.  I can go to the properties of the device mamager and select the balckberry, but when I return to the destop eat it says no device.

  It seems that whatever I do, it does not recognize the usb device.

  The display on the 8100 is company information only text, no graphics or by phone, and it is virtually unusable.

  There are options on the screen for some applications, but if I choose them, it says app not found.

  Is there a way to force an update to it?  Or I poohed this phone?

  I pulled the battery on the device it reboot and tried to return to a former Office Manager Update

  1. unplug BB from USB and PC. Restart the PC turned off completely.

  2. for BB, you'll charge back to the theme that was used on the device when you upgraded, which will normally give you a black and white screen. You must follow the instructions below.

• FinalCut does not open after trying to fix the compressor 4.1

  I had problems trying to batch on the compressor.

  The message says: impossible to submit to the queue. Restart your computer and verify that your compressor installation is correct.

  Well, I searched for help and came to the following solution:

  Come on in/Library/Application Support and delete compressor, and Apple Qmaster records.

  I've done three times because it does not work the first time and now not only my compressor is not resolved but my FinalCut is open.

  I already tried to delete FinalCut preferences, but it did not work.

  Maybe it has something to do with Apple QMaster? Can someone help me, please?

  I ran the maintenance Pro Tools, and there seems to be a problem with QMaster. I tried the "compressor repair" and nothing happens.

  Then I tried to change permissions on user/Shared/Library/Application Support... but the 'Apple QMaster' folder will not appear here.

  Don't know what else to do.

  Can you click on the Icopn and see what it shows activated?

  Try this Device Manager - Control Panel - all yellow or red marks?

  If if right click on them and UNINSTALL

  and so where did not attend controllers USB - Double click on EVERYTHING in the category
  and UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it will refresh the USB batteries.
