  Have you looked at the article Knowledge Base, what to do if Firefox will play all of the sounds? There are many good advice on troubleshooting in there. You might have its just accidentally disabled for Firefox.

  There is also a chance it's a plugin problem. If the first article does not help, take a look at common audio problems and graphics issues.

  When I copy a URL and go to paste it into an email, it will not stick. Another box opens. I can paste the URL in the subject line, but doesn't hyperlink it. (blue) When you use Internet Explorer, I don't have this problem. I'm new to FF with a new computer.

  Services Bank web site has a "Print - Friendly View" text, on the top right of the page that displays the account information in a different format if you click on the text. Printing all other functions work ok. The problem isn't when you use them Internet Explorer. The other program is on the Aflacs website, and the problem is very similar.   You have probably installed a 64 bit version of Flash for Firefox plugin.

  For now, it is the only solution for you that I found.

• When I click on display and zoom it zooms in on the text. How do you zoom in on a video like you do with Internet Explorer?

  Example: I want to watch a video on startrek.com. You could do it either in fullscreen / but my preference is for Zoom. With Internet Explorer, you can go down to the right lower part of the screen and click on it to go from 100% to 125. On firefox to display the zoom it's just more text. The video Viewer is the same.
