Hi, I bought Adobe Creative cloud as a student yesterday. Creative cloud was unable to complete the update process and it list Type 1 error, I checked in the AdobeHelp for troubleshooting page, he advised to uninstall the cloud creative using Creative Cloud Uninstaller and after it was done, I started the installation again but the problem remains the same. In addition, Photoshop and Lighroom disappeared from my computer.
