  I suggest you to uninstall Service Pack 3 temporarily on your computer.

  Later, try to repair the computer with the Windows XP disc and check if it works.

  Later, reinstall the Service Pack 3 after the computer repair.

Whenever I try to use a tool, a blue box appears around the line and I have to double click on it to handle, which opens just this line in a screen finery semi where all other objects are semi-gris in the background. I can handle this line in this screen, but nothing else at this point I could do 5 minutes ago. For example, I can no longer reach the 2 lines drawn by the tool online together. For some reason, it started randomly (probably due to an accidental combination) and I just can't put it to what it was. I inserted a video showing if all goes well I mean. If the problem persists, uninstall & reinstall your product.  Then, there is another box to check (OK) so I clicked on the box and then it stops and goes completely and so if you repeat this process did the same thing again and again.

  You copied the files on the TC directly... you don't mean in TM backups?

  What files are you talking about because some applications are NOT supposed to work network... for example APA iphoto and photo storage.

  You must also remember to backup... TM can back up files to a TC.

  You may end up losing your files, so be very careful... It is better to use a fast USB... plugged into your computer and then add it to your TM backups.
