Have not received notification of the user who bought the AppWorld or Paypal

I had a problem,
When the user has purchased my product, I received notifications from AppWorld or Paypal, who can help me, how do I received nofification?
When the user purchased through paypal to appworld, I need to receive a notice may obtain the user PIN and add it to my activation server.
App World doesn't send notification of purchase by mail. However if you use Dynamics licenses you must reecive the user PIN number as a parameter.

I'm developing an application of crossed with phonegap and Jquery mobile platform. I'm trying to implement push notifications for the blackberry application using PushWoosh.
I noticed that I'm not able to receive notifications when the application is in the background, or when it is closed. I get notifications only when the application is in the foreground.
Any suggestions on this problem?
I can use all the help.

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.
Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps. and probably more in the future.
