  • How do you run the Startup Repair?
  • Do you have Windows 7 repair disc?
  • Remember to no particular change in the computer before the show?
  • Have you plugged an external equipment, except the keyboard and mouse?

  • What is the brand and model of the computer?

  Note: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly.
