Having problem using proxy on port 443

Greetings to everyone.

I have a strange problem.
First of all, let me say that this is not the problem of Microsoft, but I tried so hard that not not to post my problem here, because it's a Microsoft forum, but I could not, I tried the days to fix it myself, but not lucky at all.
My friends and I are using a proxy to a specific server. Nothing we have a problem, except me.
And let me say that we use a program called Proxifier. Although you can use the proxy without this program and it works fine (using the properties of Internet, LAN settings), except for me!
I use two PCs and a laptop.
The proxy and the Proxifier works very well on my PC and laptop.
However, I used to use this program in another PC as well, and it worked very well, but not more.
Here is what happened, I don't have that use the PC for more than 8 months and when I came back to it, it didn't work.
No change at all.
And the strange thing is, proxy and Proxifier works fine when I start Windows in Mode safe mode with networking. And that means that there is a problem with software, right?
I don't know what could be the problem, turned off firewall and anti virus (ESET V6 more Malwarebytes') but no luck.
Please, help me if possible.
And something important, I can connect to the proxy server, but I can't connect to any Web site using the server, here is the error I get on Proxifier:

And I get this error after waiting a few minutes not instantly...
Plus, I have tried a different proxy, the same result, connects to the server, but not to a Web site through it.
Sorry, just one more thing, I am able to use Freegate (if you know what is it), a free software, but it is too slow, I mean to refresh a page 10 times and he can open it!
I really need to use the proxy...

Oh God, I can't believe it!

After hours of train and think, I solved the problem.
The problem was an option on ESET.
No wonder why the boot didn't work, ESET ran on boot.
I stopped ESET service manually rebooted. and the proxy was working fine. But on my other PC and laptop and even my friends, we all use the ESET without this problem.
On the problem, ESET has the port number 443-scanning, and to tell you, this is a default option.
Here is the solution:
Open ESET Advanced setup (simply by pressing F5), click HTTP, HTTPS(don't develop it), on this last field "Ports used by the HTTPS protocol", remove the ports you have problem with, click on OK and you're done.

    The UART, or Universal Asynchronous Receiver / Transmitter, is a characteristic of your microcontroller useful to connect serial data (text, numbers, etc.) to your PC. The unit switches incoming parallel information (in the microcontroller/PC) to series data that can be sent over a communication line.

    According to the description you provided it seems that your modem isn't connecting with your Windows 7 computer, then I would contact Duetech Berès your modem manufacturer, so that they provide you with the steps to set it up.

    The problem I have with my BB Tour is I can't make call, retriving phone number (example: 0401010134) of my directory which is free on all names country code. The message that I received from operator was "" the number you dialed could not be connected, please check and try again ", however if I manually dial the same number (example: 0401010134 ) without referring to the phone book, the call has been thru without problem, but of course I don't want to deal each phone number whenever I need to make a call because I paid an amout of $ for a gadget" technology advanced.

    Then I discovered that if I change all the phone number in the phone book with a country code (for example: + 61401010134 ), the problem is solved (temporary), I can make a call, retriving the directory phone number now, but when the same person called, their name does not appear on the screen because the recognized only mobile phone the mobile number that only with the country code at the beginning of the phone number which will not not a local call. Because the mobile phone is not recognized without the country code phone number, so I guess that the camera cannot associate name stored in the directory so I think it's the reason that the name will not appear in the display of the number.

     

    To overcome this problem, I found a key solution - in 2 same with and without country code phone number in the same name (for example: John WORK: 0401010134 / WORK 2: + 61401010134 ), but another problem. The ringing will be the default value no matter how adjust ringtone custom in the Setup folder because the mobile phone detects the duplicate phone number (I guess!, can someone enlighten me please ~ ~).

    It's so frustrating, does anyone have the solution for this?

    1. make sure that you set your own country code to the Phone Dialer screen > Options > smart dialing.
    Set your country code in this format: "+ xx" where xx = country code. Some countries have two or three-digit country Codes. Do not place not the '+' in the entrance of your contact.

    Hi, I just recently purchased for an air of iPad, eager to explore and learn to use DPS. I tried to import a file the edge OAM to indesign cc.

    When I do put the file and run an overview, as soon as I click on preview, it breaks. The view zooms in a section of the design.

    I designed the file Edge animate like 2048 x 1536 wishing to optimize for the retina display. My file INDD must be 2048 x 1536? Or just my folio. If anyone can help me with this, it's going to be a life saver. Thank you. Screenshots included as examples.

    This problem may be caused by the Yahoo! toolbar as scopes as well down and covers the top of the browser window, allowing links in this part of the screen not clickable.

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

I have the sample mode: Timed Single Point material. The rate, that I am running is the maximum (250 kHz (15625Hz per channel)). I left the default clock source and trying to taste several times. The analogue input works for a short time (2-3 seconds) and then everything stops. I'm doing something wrong or is there something I'm missing? Any advice would be great.

    That's how you samples using the sample clock clock. If you see a delay then something is wrong with how you track/data visualization.

    2. What is the brand and model of the computer/motherboard?
    3. What card has been inserted in the PCI slot?

    PCI stands for Peripheral Component Interconnect. It's an industry standard bus to connect devices to a computer.

    A serial port is a serial communication physical through transfers of information inside or outside a bit at a time. The term "serial port" usually identifies hardware more or less conforms to the RS-232 standard, designed to interface with a modem or a similar communication device. The serial port used to be widely used to connect to a variety of devices external and is essentially a two-way communication port. There are still devices using a serial port connection. These are often marked as RS232 and would include devices such as TELEVISION receiver cable boxes.

    The PCI of Simple Communications controller is a generic label given by Windows for PCI cards installed in a PC when the drivers for the device are not installed.

    You probably received this error because you have not installed the driver for your PCI device.

    If your computer came with a motherboard driver disc, put the CD in and install the chipset drivers from Device Manager browse the CD. This would update the drivers for those devices.

    Steps to follow:

    a. right click on the entry in the Device Manager and select Properties.

    b. in the driver tab updated some drivers.

    c. Select Browse my computer for driver software.

    d. click on browse and look for DVD player option.

    e. follow the instructions on the screen and restart the computer after installing the drivers.

    If you don't have the motherboard drivers CD then please download and install the drivers for the chipset of the manufacturer's Web site and see if it helps.
