  In my opinion, you can use the HARD drive with the speed of 7200 RPM. I put t really see no reason why this should not be possible!

  It is important that you buy a HARD drive with the interface supported and the size of the HARD drive.

  You are right; Equium A100 supports SATA HDD interface.
  You must not use SATA and IDE hard drives!

  According to some internet sites, the laptop came with 80 GB HARD drive.
  I presume that you should be able to upgrade the 120 GB HARD drive, but this is just a suggestion because Toshiba does not have any official information on the maximum size of HARD drive.

  I bought an Equium A100-306 in November before deploying operations that I'm in the forces and could not be updated before that.

  I just go and discovered that I can't have my Vista upgrade I missed the deadline. I ModusLink E-mail unanswered. I was wondering if anyone has any advice or that you could help me solve this problem.

  You cannot convert only a RGB (VGA) signal to component (Y-Pr-Pb), since you will need a converter that transforms the signal vga to this component.

  Which means that you also a converter for cable that could be very expensive. But if you've got components that you should be able to display an image on a device that has entry components. Don t think you will be able to run the HD-ready or full HD on a HD TV, since a HD signal requires an HD port on your computer and a disk hard taking supported system with better graphics chip and then a chipset intel.

  I also found: a lithium-ion battery provides 300-500 charge/discharge cycles. The battery prefers a partial rather than complete discharge. Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible. Instead, charge the battery more often or use a larger battery. There is no memory problem when unexpected expenses. »

  Except, that is, Toshiba (citing the manual) say: "at least once a month, run the computer on battery power until the battery is completely discharged, then discharge the battery."

  Hello I was wondering if someone could help me, I have a laptop Equium A100 306 and I want to plug into my tv to watch movies that are stored on it.

  Have you tested with different channels? I have my reserved channels connect TV SCART. Also check the settings on the television. Maybe you have an option to get the color.

  I can only confirm the information provided by James.
  The notebooks are all just different as the desktop PC and these updates are therefore not possible.
  If you are a hardcore gamer I n t understand why buy you a laptop.
  I m also play with passion and I would recommend buying a desktop computer if you want to play the latest games. The Office supports various devices. You re more flexible with upgrades and especially the parts are cheaper.

  If the socket is compatible and if the chipset is capable of managing the new processor then you'd have a good chance to upgrade the processor.

  This is a general question really but the end result can be the A100-306 I placed it here. Anyone could explain why two laptops that look the same and have similar features are called both by Satellite, or satellite. I now have an A100-583 and thinking of getting a second laptop. I see that the satellite has similar features, although a core 2 duo and Media Center. However, I see other similar Toshibas under the name of Satellite. What dictates the baptism?

• Black screen on Equium A100-306 after watching the movie on external projector

  I have a laptop Satellite A100-306 and it worked very well. Yesterday, I plugged in a spotlight and watched the movie.

  After a few hours later, I tried to change my cell phone and found that the initial screen of charges until after there is nothing on the screen.
