  Hello, I get a flashing message E:91:01 on the screen of my camcorder. I already have to support and they told me to format the hard drive, but it did not work, I also tried the procedure to reset, but without success.   Using a Memory Stick or SD? If so, then take the card out of the camera and the format of the card using the computer. After formatting the card using the computer, and then insert the card in the camera and format again. If this does not work and you have tried the troubleshooting steps on page 60 of the user manual, then I suggest to contact the Sony Support. If you had already contacted Sony Support and the suggestion to format the HARD drive did not eliminate the error code, then the next step would be to repair the camcorder.   I'm trying to figure out how I can live streams, using my Camcorder HDR-PJ650VE. I managed to connect the camcorder to my TV by HDMI out and get the live stream, but the problem is that it also displays the superimposed onscreen. It would be a very useful feature, since it this way, you are able to capture the stream by a jury of consumers capture and share it on Youtube for example.

  I cannot find anything on the manual release of the stream HDMI output and get rid of overlapping info. Is there a key combination or a hidden menu to achieve?

  In addition, it seems very strange SONY would not offer such feature, as for example the PANASONIC offers this good enough consumption walked on models like HC-V520

  Please, let me know if it would be possilb esolving this annoying limitation

  I want to share my discovery because it seems to be valid for all SONY camcorders: to have a clean HDMI out, turn off on HDMI CTR.

  I'm very happy now and I'll start live broadcast!

• HDR AS200V Playmemories Mobile QR code is not supported

  I have problems connecting with my Sony HDR AS200V. I found the sticker in the manual with the QR code and the SSID/Pass info, downloaded Playmemories Mobile for iOS (iPhone 6 +) and I get the code QR only is not supported error whenever I try to scan the QR code. Since it is being developed and a white or black background, I don't think it's user error.

  What can we do about it? Is it possible to connect otherwise?

  You can always manually enter the password.

  Just turn on the Wifi on the camera - and then look for a hotspot with your iPhone.
  To connect to the hotspot Wifi from your camera and enter the code.

  You must then open the app PlayMemories home to see the live-view of the camera and change the settings.

• I have a Sony HDR - HC3 HDV and want to download only the parts of a video

  I have been using a Sony HDR - HC3 Handycam HDV1080i VCR for many years and have been able to download parts of a video on the part of the band whenever I wanted to.  The camera recently died and I replaced it with an exact version that I still had the band to download videos, so I decided to buy a used recorder which manages the same MiniDV tapes.  When I go to download the only now allows me to download the whole band or nothing.  Someone can explain why this is and is anyway to download portions at a time?   I save machines under tension and can pass from one to the other before I had a chance to download them.

  If this is not your problem, report it to the language you use LR in, if you invoke the shortcut on a battery, if the battery is reduced or not, and that in retail happens when you call the shortcut.

  I suppose you're running a 32-bit Windows version - if PS CC 2015 is available but LR CC 2015 is not.

  Help / System Info in LR 5 and look for Application Architecture and System Architecture a few lines down in the list of information.   Something with a 32 or x 86 is 32-bit.  Something with x 64 is 64-bit.

  You will need a 64 bit OS to run LR CC or LR 6.

  Search on google - go, I got that via this pic of opening in 'Preview' app.

  But - I have all my pic in Photos app (automatically imported from my iphone to macbook pro Mac OS sierra).

  so, I can export all the photos, I need, in a specific folder and then, from there, open it in the finder and get my info, of course - but looks silly, I think.

  as I already have this pich in Photos - photo can I somehow open directly from Photos Preview app?

  or obtain the gps position open, where this picture is taken in cards programm (not this small window, which is in the Photos, but wide, Maps application) / and obtain the coordinates of the gps directly via the Photos app?

  Use the media browser in preview - in the open window on the left down - media = == > photos == > Photos

  or even more appropriate is to buy external editors for extension of Photos in the App store ($0.99) and you can view the pictures in preview when using the hotos

  I used to use Aperture but have really achieved by using pictures. It does the job and is improving all the time. I shoot a lot of HDR and also keep the original. Is there a way to filter the only HDR versions and thus have a quick way of removing the non - HDR of same photo versions?

  Is your iPhoto Library Library on your system drive in the pictures folder? And you have a lot of free space on your system drive? The migration will need additional temporary storage.

  Then drag the iPhoto library icon pictures open to create a new library of Photos of her.

• Siri on mac has the wrong person as "My Info".

  Just finished macOS installation of Sierra and Siri works very well except that he thinks I'm my daughter. When I ask "who am I?", he gets it wrong and shows the map of my daughter. When I ask about me, it shows my card (even marked as "self") as if I was just another contact.

  I checked in the Contacts app and I'm correctly identified on 'my profile', nothing special on the daughter card.

  I can't find a way to change the card associated with 'my info' as you can in settings of Siri on iOS.

  Are you connected to iCloud with only your Apple ID?
