  This may be caused if one of the files which stores details of extensions you installed is corrupt.

  1. Open your profile folder, for details of how to find it, see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles

  3. Delete the following files if they exist, extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini and extensions.sqlite

  Right click on the image file, select open with. The number of options will be programs such as paint, Image Viewer, possibly others. Try different programs, looking for options like edit, rotate, flip in what program opened. After the rotation of the image, save it.

  I tried to download Mac OS Server via the App Store. Someone in the discussions said that you will be automatically get invited to download the old version on Mac OS Server even if you are trying to d/l the real version. This does not work for me. Pop-up - message that me firstly update my system for Sierra. But this isn't an option for me. I need to stay 10.10.5 for several reasons (compatibility of systems ERP etc.).

  I'm having a similar problem. I want OS x 10.9.5 running Server 3.2.2 for MacOS 10.12 running Server 5.2. Setup of Sierra warned me to keep my data server I have first need to install OS X 10.10 and 10.11 and Server 4 or 5. Last night I upgraded to OS X 10.11.4 and then tried to upgrade the server. After updates, I finished with OS X 10.11.6 and Server 5.2 and could not open the app server as my data could not be upgraded to version 5.2. I don't know if I've done the 10.11.6 upgrade because the app store made me or because I saw that he needed for the Server available 5.2 version but anyway I have never seen a possibility to download the version of the Server 5.0.x and 5.1.x from the app store. I have not excluded with certainty that the app store will offer the old version of the server application to match the version of the OS, but since yesterday evening I think that it is not. After the cat and speaking to apple support today the only advice that I can move forward with, I got was download an older version of server from a 3rd party source. That comes with its obvious risks, but I managed to download the server TechGlobex 5.0.15 (link below) and I'll try again tonight. If it's all that work at this stage, I should be free upgrade to Mac OS Sierra!

• Target display mode has suddenly stopped working

  I've been using display mode target using a cable thunderbolt between my iMac 21.5 inches (end of 2012) and Macbook Air 13 inch (early 2014) for about six months.

  I had a few weeks off and had to return to find that I can enter is no longer target display mode! When I press Control-F2 on my keyboard connected to my iMac, that nothing is happening. I also tried Fn-control-F2. I tried different ports in case one of them is damaged. But nothing helped.

  Anyone has any suggestions as to why target display mode would have stopped working so suddenly? I really like the feature of double screens between my macbook and iMac and would really like to come back!

• All tabs are empty after session restore

  I won't add the URL of this post due to security problems. I have however to understand the problem. Seems that older versions of FF do play very well with the SSL. I ended up having to update my FF browser to solve this problem. I was on v.20 and upgraded to v. 35. This seems to have solved the problem and I had to return to the customer with this information. I apologize for my rants, I've been very frustrated by the question and how it was difficult to register to post support this issue.

  FF should perhaps think of adding a link to registration in the Log In section so people did not have to jump through hoops to post a question.

• Profile of Thunderbird is only partially recognized

  I have Thunderbird + Lightning in use on the operating systems Linux Mint and of Debian. Installation of Thunderbird Mint is used only for about six months after I switched to Debian as the main operating system. Debian installation encountered problems (unrelated to Thunderbird), and I had to return to mints. However, I was able to correctly migrate the profile.

  Thunderbird shows the supplements and the basis of positioning preferences page, so that the profile is recognized. However, the user data (email accounts (and their mail), address books and calendar data), are all absent. The opening of Thunderbird, it starts asking me to create an e-mail account.

  The version on Debian is 24.3.0. I believe that Thunderbird has been updated once or several times on Mint during the inactive period. His version is currently 31.3.0. FYI, all the add-ins were originally on the version of mint before the update to V31.3.0.

  I made many attempts, following the standard instructions, replace the content of the profile with the old content (I used the procedure successfully to migrate from Windows to Debian Mint). These included attempts using the old existing profile and a previous backup copy. I even uninstalled Thunderbird, deleted the directory .thunderbird and started on (several times), re-installation of the repo of Mint.

  I don't think to check Mint profile always worked before attempting replacement. However, after the failure, I rebooted the old profile of mint, and it does not work either. Since Thunderbird has been completely reinstalled, there is probably not a problem with corruption of software, and since several profiles previously failed, it seems unlikely that all profiles are bad. It almost looks like some incompatibility between Thunderbird V31.3.0 and profiles from previous version, but I didn't know all the present reports.

  I've attached a screenshot of the error console. At least the first entry appears to refer only to a problem with the themes, and not with the content. Also, according to online information, I found this contained panacea.dat of the references to the old name of profile. Take this file off service has not solved the problem.

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems.
