• How to combine left half a clip with right half another

  My situation; I'm filming me as 2 characters in 1 shot.  I have 2 clips with the same game.  In a clip, I am sitting on the left, in the other, I sat to the right.  I would like to combine them into a single element where half a clip left combines with half right on the other.  It is slightly different from the next, cutaway and image in the image.  Is this possible in imovie?  Help appreciated, thanks.

  You will not be able to combine half a clip with half left right of the another clip using the cropping features of iMovie video.    However, you may be able to do it using Quicktime.  What you need to do is to crop each clip so that it plays in less than full screen.  In other words, a clip that you just want to the left to play and the other clip just on the right side.  Then you could combine clips in iMovie using side by side.

  Before proceeding to any culture, first you want to duplicate your clips and work with the duplicates if you keep your original recordings.   Once you've duplicated, try the following steps on each clip using Quicktime to crop on the right or left side as needed:

  

  Now you should have two clips, one that plays only the left side and one that plays only the right side.  You should be able to import it into iMovie and use the side by side feature combine them seamlessly.   At least, I think it works.

• Get the value of the frequency of the power spectrum

  I'm rather new to LabView and want to measure the frequency of the peak in a spectrum of power of a real signal. In addition, I want this value of frequency and amplitude to save to a file. Right now I am able to trace a spectrum of power using an express VI, which gives me the correct frequency value in the graph.

  However, I'm not able to extract the value of the frequency with different screws, I found in LabView after browsing through the various discussions in this forum. Can someone tell me please in the right direction? I use a digitizer NI PXI-5124 to record the signal in a rack of NOR.

  If it is the dominant frequency you are looking for you can use the vi extracted a single signal. You can also change this vi to include the details of the search if it isn't the dominant frequency, I have not included it in my example, but you can check it in the help file.

  Excel is a format binary owner and you need special tools to read directly. (There are plenty of ways to read, here is an example, here is another one, but I tend to avoid these formats)

  You could use excel to export the data as a text file (separator: tab), and then read using "" read the worksheet file". Once you have the data in a table 2D, just the graphic columns both. (See attached example)

  Assuming that you have read the file in the form of a 2D array, here's how you would it chart. (For simplicity, I copied the data from excel to a constant string diagram).

  It is possible.

  The code is clean and has always worked.  Except that I had occasional problems.  He ran on an old PC that had only 1 core.  LabVIEW code has basically made a call to a .dll file that is the actual communication to the inclinometer interface.  When starting, called LabVIEW obtained and started a code out of service in the background.  It works great except when I did all major graphical things on the program.  If I took a windows and dragged around the screen, then the code would slow considerably.  I realized the .dll file was running in the interface thread user, requests on that old PC with 1 single processor for this thread user interface (for example, to reorganize the windows) is in contradiction with the dll.

  Finally the PC has been upgraded years later and who could help, but my real at the time solution was that I discovered what the communication protocol was (basic ASCII commands) and rewrote the pilot using VISA pure directly communicate with the serial port and get rid of the bad .dll which was between the two.

  No, this isn't an option. Your only choice is to make 2 different virtual disks.

  In the operating system, you can be then able to combine them, but this has usually few drawbacks with respect to performance and reliability.

  The simplest method is to save the layouts of the custom pages. You can add them to your Favorites. You can then choose your favorite type of Favorites and click Add page. Then, just drag and drop your photo. The books must be the same size and format as the personalized pages are obviously logged in LR prefs depending on the page size and the type of book.

  This looks like a job for the LISTAGG function, something like this:

  LISTAGG returns a VARCHAR2, which can contain up to 4000 characters.  If all the strings to combine are since long the entire 64 characters, so you can have as many 62 of them in each group.

  The program is designed where the project preset is automatically set by the program based on the properties of the first file dragged to the timeline.

  Sometimes the program does it right. Sometimes not. When not, and then you set the project preset manually. Please follow the instructions to do this

  You can check the project under Menu/project settings to change settings/general and readings for the editing timebase Mode, size of the image, Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if the fields appear dimmed).

• Certified documents cannot be combined?

  We get the Electronic Signatures of the doctors to send them into a PDF file combined with the State of Medicaid.  However these "certified" PDFs uncombinable.

  We use Adobe Acrobat to combine these files and the specific error we receive is, "certified documents cannot be merged.".

  These PDF files can still be secure and can be combined.  It indicates that this document cannot be changed and wouldn't do not change it, but want to combine in a larger PDF file.

  Now, we are by default internet explore Acrobat preferences not to open a PDF file in the browser, then save them as TIFF and merger of those.

  No work around to make sure that the attributes of PDF signature remain intact when requiring to combine these documents?

  Echosign signed documents are the two password security protected too well documented to prevent modification of the signed pdf file. Combining documents is considered change in this permission set.

  If you were able to combine documents signed, the signature on the original document would be subsequently extended to the combined document.

  My advice would be to make other documents that you use to combine with the signed document, the original agreement is applicable,

I know that you can save the Excel worksheet to a PDF document, but it takes too much time and space on our server. We must be able to combine the Excel file with files Post Script together at a time instead of going back to add more later. We are constantly updating of spreadsheets on a daily with the type of business that we do, you can understand why save the worksheet in PDF format updated every hour is a problem/waste of time.

  My guess is that you have OFFICE 2010 or newer. AA 9 PDF Maker that is necessary for what you want to do is not compatible with OFFICE 2010.
