  Do you use some sort of digital signature certificate?  Maybe this is why you have the problem.  Try checking your e-mail under Tools account properties. Accounts | Mail | Properties | Security.  Try to remove a signing certificate to see if it is the question, if you use one.  Also try emailing yourself and see if you hard you answer.

Bad news is that I don't have an answer. You have any other real time protection(Avast, AVG, etc.) currently installed? What, if any, previous protection in real time of programs have been installed and they did include a firewall? You made using tools and methods to remove properly uninstall completely?
