I woke up this morning thinking that she's going to be a sunny day until I made that I can't hear any sound on youtube.
Now, my reaction was to unplug my headphone to my audio jack cable and plug it in again. And then catalyst SHOULD be launched and has notified me that my headset was plugged. But it does not. Then, I realized that my plug in microphone works very well with my microphone. Which was good.
BUT I noticed that the ONLY way for my "playback devices" figurentsur helmet was if I moved a little left cable into the audio input jack, my headphones would work, but only my right side of the helmet. But as soon as I stopped to put pressure on the left to my cable DISCONNECTED headphones and I had to do it all again. Now, I don't know if it's because of my Windows I installed yesterday WINDOWS 8.1 PRO or because my helmet AND my audio jack are *... Also it does not with another helmet either. So any help from ANYONE, I would be really grateful if I could hear again...

Sound problems can be caused by cables that are not connected properly, damaged drivers, incompatible drivers, sound settings, missing updates and problems with your sound card.

I suggest you to external speakers as peripheral by default and check if that helps:

  1. In the area of notification of taskbar beside the date and time system, right click on the speaker icon and select playback devices.
  2. In the sound dialog box that is displayed on the playback tab, click speakers/headphones playback device to select it and activate the buttons below.
  3. Click Properties, and then in the speakers/headphones Properties dialog box that appears, under the Advanced tab, click default settings.
  4. Click apply or OKand you're good to go until you try to reconnect the headphones or speakers.

If the problem persists, try the steps in the Microsoft Help article and check if it helps to solve the problem:

    Step 1: Start by checking if the default sound device is set correctly.

    a. Click Start type sound in the box start the search.

    b. click sound in the results of search at the top of the start menu.

    c. click the reading notice the check mark next to the default device. For most users, the default device is speakers. Change the default device with headphones.

    d. Select the audio device you want to the default audio device and then click on set as default.

    e. click OK to save your settings and close the sound dialog box.

    Step 2:

    You can also try updating the sound card drivers and check.

    You can check below if the steps - help
    a. open Internet Explorer, click the Start button. In the search box, and then type Internet Explorerin the list of results, click on Internet Explorer.
    b. click on Tools and then click Internet Options.
    c. click on the Advanced tab.
    d. under the multimedia section, check the box playing sounds on Web pages .
    e. click OK.

    Also make sure that you have not set the volume on streaming sites to cut and are correct.

    I suggest that you use Device Manager to search for the hardware changes and check.
     
    To check the hardware changes, follow these steps:

    (c) in Device Manager, click on your computer so that it appears highlighted.

    That's where I was headed with the idea about other content Flash works... apparently this was not the case.

    Only, you can close your own messages, is it not there no formal need/way to.  Selecting usually it was answered takes care of that.

    Using a retina 5 k 27 "iMac late 2015, 3.3 GHz Core i5 with Radeon R9 M395, El Capitan running. End of partitioned and installed Boot Camp with an iso of Windows 8.1 without any problem on OS X.

    When Windows 8.1 Boot Camp:

    • keys of volume and numeric keypad do not work on the Apple USB keyboard
    • No sound coming out of loudspeakers
    • cannot adjust the brightness with keyboard

    Used a free update for Windows 10 in Windows 8.1, hoping that would fix the drivers and compatibility. There can be no. Questions persist.

    I tried to download the drivers of the BCA separately, but will not yet in any download. The progress bar just sits there, about an inch long, and the estimated download time is approximately 10 minutes all the way up to 65 minutes and then again down, repeatedly. It lies over and over again with no progress. I let it sit for an hour doing it, and does not. When I tried to download page Apple support zip files and goes in this direction, the Windows operating system says that I can't use these drivers with this machine or something to that effect.

    Followed instructions from Apple to make the partition and all this BCA so I don't know what happened. After selecting the drive of the partition (I think it was number 5) during the installation of Windows 8.1, it seemed that it went well. But the context menu to reboot into OS X option was not found and when I boot in OS X, the hard drive icon to boot camp on my desk under Macintosh HD is the title of "Untitled" instead of Boot Camp? I don't know if this helps to indicate what could be the issue. I tried searching both within these boards and other places that Google provides and does not. Almost all of the results were the Apple laptops or no - 5 k iMacs.

    Help, please. And I would like to know if there is any other information, I can provide that would help.

    I got it.  I had to edit a video on Vimeo Sunday evening for a swim team.  I allocated 4 hours to do.  But, PP 2015.4 (10.4.0 (30) Build) installed since last weekend.  Now, for some reason, all my mp4 clips are imported into the project with NO AUDIO!

    OK, I've been down this road with versions of Adobe before, so I knew what to try: I returned to the previous PP version.  I had just finished a scenario complicated the weekend before using the PP 2015.3 (10.3.0 (202) Build).  I expected after the return to the earlier version of PP that all would be well.

    Hah!  The good project that I had just finished a few days before now can't find my mp4 files.  When I point the project to the correct location of the mp4 files, I get a warning that the "video files are incorrect, they have no audio, are you sure you want to continue?

    I went to the Request Feature / site Adobe REPORT of BUG for the PP and filed a bug report.  I have heard ZERO since Adobe since.  It was Sunday.  It is now Thursday night.

    Needless to say that I created the video VIMEO I promised to the swim team on Sunday night.  All this thanks to Adobe.

    Hell, right now, I can't even create a simple video (unless there is no audio data).

    I downloaded from the free version of black magic Davinci resolve 12.  The learning curve is steep, but the DR has ZERO problems with my mp4 clips!

    I have used PP for YEARS and have hundreds of videos on Vimeo and YouTube (all made in PP), but for me, this breach of an undertaking to offer a VIMEO video for swim team on Sunday was the water drop.  I'm done with PP.  It is just too darn buggy.

    I have re - up my plan of Adobe + Premiere Pro Photography in April.  (I had the complete plan of CC all the previous years, but the price increse became too much to bear, so I kept only what I considered essential Aps).  I will plead with Adobe in the next few weeks trying to get a refund for the remainder of my subscription PP CC 2015.  It is not just that cool Adobe of software that does not work!  I'm sure they will refuse the return and my only recourse will be to defame Adobe on the forums as much as I can, but it's just a waste of time.  This time will be spent learning a new NLE that actually works.

    Color me frustrated beyond belief to the pp. How totally catastrophic has become, as well as his total lack of support.  PP has been great.  Now, this isn't work of event.

    I guess I could try to revert to a version even earlier (say 2015.2) but... No, I'm done.  I'll bite the bullet and learn Davinci Resolve.  It's a shame to waste all the plugins that I paid a lot of money, but... I need an editor that WORKS.  PP failed me for the last time.

    You have a few options as I see it.

    Go into Device Manager and uninstall the sound driver and restart and unit automatically installs the driver.

    Try to run the system restore to the date where the unit was working fine.

    Try to update the driver from hp.com for Bios and Audio site.
