Hearing does not open. Other programs of the suite creative open very well. In the first 2 seconds of the opening, I get an error message which has not stopped hearing & Windows needs to close. Tried rebooting twice without success. Any ideas?
The hearing is uninstalled and reinstalled. No help. Still does not open.

Problem arises when you try to use Microsoft Office 2011; Error message "this office (word, excel, ppt) has encountered a problem and needs to close." This happens because it attempts to open all programs... Word, excel, power point.
I uninstalled 2011 MSoffice and recharged using my home and student version of disk 14.6.1522; same problem
You may need to upgrade to MS office 2016. It cannot be supported by Yosemite.

b. Since when are you facing this problem?I suggest to perform the clean boot on your computer and check.
From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".
To perform a clean boot on a computer, follow these steps.
1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
5. click on OK.
6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.
Please follow the system in the boot environment. If the problem does not occur, it indicates that the problem is related to an application or a service, we have disabled. You can use the MSCONFIG tool again to reactivate the disabled one by one element to find the culprit.
If your issue is resolved, follow the how to determine what is causing the problem section in KB article to narrow down the exact source.

This is the error message when you try to install my CS6 Design and Web Premium, I received. I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
