    Just for confirmation, enable the account of Root user and you connect to same and try to launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check. We can turn off later.

    Let us know if you are able to launch the app or not.

    How to connect as root

    1. If you are connected, choose quit from the Apple menu.
    2. If you connect from a list of names of users with pictures, click on the other.
    3. In the name field, type: root
    4. In the password field, type the password that you set when you configure the root user account.

    Once you connect to the Root account try to launch creative cloud application and check.

    Can you elaborate a little on what you see? What is the last thing you did? Which icon you have clicked on or what tab? What type of computer are you using, what OS?

  • Why Adobe would install creative cloud on my computer, knowing that the OS it has not supported?

    I discovered this morning that when I reinstalled Adobe Audition CS6 following a reinstall of my OS several weeks ago creative cloud was also installed without my knowledge. I do not use creative cloud, and when I tried to run the program to uninstall creative cloud, I was told I couldn't because there are applications on my computer that required it.

    This is not true. I had been using hearing for several years without creative cloud. And - to my knowledge - the only other Adobe apps on my computer are Adobe Reader and Flash player plugins, etc.

    Then I logged on my Adobe account, whereupon I was informed that Adobe Creative cloud could not be used on my computer because my operating system does not support.

    Really? This leads me to ask, then, why - if Adobe thinks he knows my computer and my needs well enough to install software without my consent - it install an application that was not compatible with my operating system... and then tell me that I couldn't uninstall it because several applications required it?

    I like Adobe Audition. But there are other audio apps out there I could go to in a second, from companies that are not so arrogant as what what they please, with the computers of the users.

    Is there something I am overlooking here?

    The Creative Cloud Manager replaces what was the Adobe Application Manager - you have not the creative cloud installed as much as you think the management part.

    Myself, I just uninstalled as soon as I saw it on my machine I have / did not want to interfere with my machine somehow CC.  I'm so without a Manager, but also with less worry about CC with my CS programs.

    We would like to know if Installer is stuck all install Creative Cloud desktop application, or during the installation of any application using Creative cloud app.

    If its with desktop creative cloud, here are the steps that you can follow.

    1: run the installation as an administrator.

    2: activate hidden admin account: enable and disable the built-in Administrator (Standard 7 SP1) account.

    In case its impasse when installing an application from the clouds Creative, try to solve the problems by using log files using this link: troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install problems with log files.

    I tried to cancel my subscription in may, that my son was more interested in the student package CC.  I learned that it would cost me half of the value of the rest of the membership year, and it would be cheaper to go to the cheapest subscription for the remaining six months.  I agree it is good and at the end of that six month period that I would not renew my membership.  I was EXTREMELY clear on this point, I tried to cancel my subscription on November LAST, and after phone confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, it renewed for another year.

    It seems that it was only my expiring credit card which prevented him to renew for an additional year.  However, I'm getting repetitive emails "billing Failure!", which is confusing, because there is nothing to charge.  My subscription is cancelled, I uninstalled the software.  Cat doesn't seem to work.  Please stop trying to charge for a credit card expired for software that I did not.

    I'm sorry that you had bad to cancel. Adobe offers a price lower for the annual membership to creative cloud since users commit to a full year at a time.  The monthly payments are lower than the monthly, but there is a penalty for early termination. Memberships automatically renew each year and may be cancelled in the last month to avoid the renewal, but allow the year-round use. These links can help.  You can contact support if you need help.

  • Why is upload to creative cloud from ipad so slow?

    I am trying to download a 4 minute video taken on the mini ipad 2 on a wifi home 5 G for the creative cloud.  So far, it took 15 minutes and not a quarter through.   Is that the standard video app on the ipad is not a great video exceptionally. Photo takes about 20 seconds.

    I'm doing something wrong or this app is really really slow?  Try with 4G mobile connection and it is just as bad if not worse.

    It seems to me that there is no easy way to manage to get the photos until the cloud of the ipad.  Must transfer to PC and then to the top of what kind of defeats the purpose.

    Ideas?

    Well, you can throw more Gs, but generally even on downloads these modern standards have far less bandwidth than downstream. And mobile connections are a lot of additional "handshakes" and stuff to make sure that the connection is not lost, so in bad conditions, up to 60% of your upstream can even be used for user data. Depending on what quality of registration you have used, it simply means your HD video of 400 MB or so will take some time...

    One looks like a link in the chain and the other the adobe symbol.

    The adobe symbol looks like it is open the other.

    I don't need those two things. That's bad enough.

    I use a lot of other tools that I use on my menu bar, so these two, I didn't ask, are boring, especially Adobe who suddenly appeared.

    It is a waste of space and does not seem to add functionality to my system.

    (1) can someone tell me what it is?

    (2) can someone tell me how to uninstall it?

    I get myself, but have no idea what to call it-another very annoying thing on this subject. Making a menu item that gives no indication as to how it's called?

    I click on it and get two menu items:

    (2) open Updater. Makes very useful exactly what clicking the icon just creative cloud beside it made...

    Help to remove this would be appreciated.

    Hi Dennis,

    This Adobe icon at the top is Adobe Update Notifier.

    Whenever an update is available in any creative Application of cloud, you get this message.

    Just open this look updater for update available and update the application accordingly.

    Then it will be removed from the top.

    Don't need to uninstall all applications until this notification of update Adobe will continue to appear whenever there is an update.
