Hello I am a photographer of Canon.  I use Bridge (CS5) to process my raw to JPEG files.  I take on a second photographer who shoots Nikon (D800) and I'm not currenty able to see or treat his images.  Can you please help?  Thank you!

  Please check the event log to see if there are errors, helping to explain what is happening. Also check the c:\windows\minidump folder. Are there files .dmp created here with the dates that it closed? If so please download them on your skydrive so watch us closer.

The camera raw is the last usable for Windows Update, canon 6 d is listed as compatible. Someone at - there idea has what to do?

  Canon 6 d id NOT taken in charge by ACR 6.7.1. He was supported for the first time in ACR 7.3 requiring CS6 to run.

  

  Therefore, you will never be able to open the 6 d directly CR2 raw files in CS5.

  If you don't plan on upgrading, you can download the Adobe DNG Converter 8.3 free and autonomous (always use the latest version, it is not related to your version of Photoshop in all), install it like any other application, then run it on each batch of CR2 files to convert them into files DNG raw that you can then open in your version of Photoshop and ACR.

  Your question, it looks like you are only able to use AirPrint sporadically. We know that situations of this kind can be frustrating, but we are here to help.

  This morning, I was asked to update the lightroom and photoshop, and after update of applications, photoshop runs correctly, but lightroom is having a problem, when I opened the bright room, a dialog box appears and it says-lightroom doesn't have permission to write to certain folders to standard user. Please click the 'fix to continue' to give permission.

  Im trying to open the tutorial of 23 minutes on how to use different tools in photoshop and it continues to come with unable to resolve the DNS servers worked fine yesterday? Ive had creative cloud on my laptop for a week and not yet able to get past the basics make me very frustrated.

  I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.

  • Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
  • Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
  • If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
  • Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)

  I have a license and download the two files on my end. The two files appear very well without any problems.

  Please confirm if you open the files in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator?

  As these are .ai and it requires Adobe Illustrator files open. If you open the. Files HAVE / EPS in Adobe Photoshop, vector objects

  are pixelated and this is probably the reason why it would appear white in your case?

  You are right, that the file sizes are 32 KB and 56KO, however do not go by the size of the file and try to open them in Illustrator and let me know.

  To download the images of the reserve directly on your computer,

  1. go on the Homepage Adobe Stock.

  2. sign in with your Adobe ID

  3. click on the down arrow next to your name and choose the license history.

  4 find your image and click on the ID # go to the image page

  5. on the image page, under the terms of the Standard license, you can click on the down arrow beside "save in XXXX".

  6 look to the right under 'Device' and choose 'download '.

  This will save on your computer. Follow the screenshots (with the rise of the numbered steps listed) for clarity.

  NOTE: If you have trouble licenses or get errors, it is a known issue and the workaround is to clear you cookies and cache in the browser.

  After deployment, try to open the RPD in online mode and check if your changes are reflecting.
  When you enter the password and click on apply, the RPD 'by default' should increase (for example, something_BI0101.rpd to something_BI0102.rpd). Check what is happening. After clicking on activate the changes, and then restart the services, check the directory of the server for the new file and check NQSConfig.INI and make sure that it all adds up.
  If you have any rpds in the directory on the server with a number that has not been used yet I found that can cause problems (for example if you copied a dev server to test).
  Also download the active RPD and compare it to your offline version to see if they are different.
  Just to be clear, you're clicking on apply after browsing for the file, and then click Activate changes?
