• Tested both app and now I have CC Team access on the same apps, same Adobe ID but cannot go beyond "trial expired" on the window of creative cloud.

  I tested two apps as a personal user using my work email. This trial has now expired and subsequently, we decided to buy Prem Pro and Adobe After Effects as a company. But my admin assigned my access to the Adobe ID team I had already tested the two apps. Now when I open the window of creative cloud, I just get the "trial expired" wall and he can't work that I now have access to these applications well historically tested them.
