  Method 1: Make sure that the following services are enabled on the computer.

  (a) click Start and type "services.msc" in the search and click on services and ensure that these services are enabled:

  -TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service

  -DNS Client

  -Function Discovery Resource Publication

  -SSDP Discovery

  -UPnP device host

  To start the service and set it to automatic, follow these steps:

  (b) right click on each of the services listed above and click Properties.

  (c) click the general tab, and then, next to startup type, select automatic.

  (d) click on apply and then click Start.

  Ever photos first? It should have been included when you first update of Yosemite and now El Capitan. I know that iPhotos updates get a message like that, but I didn't know the Photos app with a message with it.

  2. Enter "update." Right click on the link "Windows Update" and select "Run as Aministrator".

  3. click on 'OK' or 'Allow' for safety messages.

  4. click on "Check for updates" on the left panel. Try to find and install the updates now. If the problem persists, please use telll.
