I subscribe to creative cloud for more than a year. I heard that after this year, I still want to be able to use the software. However, I would not be able to update until I subscribed again? I had to replace my hard drive and so I had to reinstall Premiere Pro CS4. I tried to do with the files that I had downloaded before, but the installation failed and gave me the error message "the Installer database is corrupt. Please contact Adobe Customer Service.
I assumed that the files I downloaded have become corrupted, so I opened a session and re-uploaded the files ADBEPPROCS4_LS7.7z and ADBEPPROCS4_LS7.exe. I ran ADBEPPROCS4_LS7.exe and it also failed and gave me the same error message. I tried another download on a different page and got the same error again.
Can anyone suggest what I can do to get my program installed?

I use Photoshop and Lightroom on a daily basis, but have only recently started using Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. I do not see me using any other software for the future. Is it possible to lower my monthly payment of $57.49? If this isn't the case, I think I'm going to close my current subscription of cloud and sign up for the composition of the photograph. I have a version of first 11 elements that I could upgrade to the latest version.

Down loaded Creative could Macmin in January... Mini lost it is solid, put out. New mini can not get through all the forms ADOBE, passwords, etc. Have no serial number of the program, but my purchases are well documented.
Had to change passwords several times. I need a quick and direct link by e-mail or by phone at ADOBE. Displacement of the programs has been easy.

I bought "creative cloud for time" a few days before, after using the monthly test on photoshop. Now, after I paid for it, I said that my monthly trial is over. It's as if she's not activate or update that I bought it. Or is it because I need to download a different application?

I bought the cloud creative on a new student account as I am currently a full-time student. However, when I download the creative cloud app and try to connect, it brings back me to my old adobe id. How can I get rid of this account id on my pc so I can start using my new account? Advice would be really appreciated that I need to use the software as soon as POSSIBLE! Rob
Close the session and close your creative office of cloud.
Restart it.

After 10 days, I called for an update of repair only to tell that my cell phone was not in the repair center, I called.

Suddenly, my BBM became crazy and unable to connect with the above mentioned error message (title). I did some digging around solutions and tried the hard reset. Nothing works.
I am still able to connect to internet via mobile internet and wifi. So I don't know if it's a problem of operator or the BBM Server glitch thing.
