  From what you have stated above, I think that the file association for LNK files has been given misdirection to the VLC Player. I've seen this happen when opening a program via a shortcut (for example. LNK file), you are asked what type of program to open it with. After selecting the VLC Player (or another program) via the Select a program from a list of programs installedand check always use the selected program to open this type of file (circled in red below), the document or program referenced by the shortcut of origin opens in VLC Player as it should.

  

  The problem is that now all shortcuts (for example. LNK files) on the desktop or in the browser will want to be opened by VLC Player and VLC Player icon to view the shortcut no matter what shortcut was originally intentioned to open. This is known as a file association and the default icon. The same condition can occur if you have performed these actions 'Open with' on one. JPG or even a. EXE, but the. LNK explanation is much more likely for the items on the desktop.

  The good news is that a small free utility was written to cancel the. LNK file association was created. There is also a registry hack to achieve, but I recommend the utility unAssoc for its ease of use.   iMovie 10.1.2 (latest version) doesn't have a function in the application for the addition of these graphics, or it accepts third party plug-ins to do that.

  Domingo article explains how to create an arrow or a circle, using the application on your computer.  Open all still in the preview.  Edition/select everything and then delete (on your keyboard).    Then use tools/Annotation of the preview application to create an arrow or circle.  Save as a .png.   Drag your annotation in your iMovie project.  Use the image based on the image of iMovie to overlay arrow or a circle on your video.   Unfortunately, you can not

  use the arrow or circle to follow a movement figure on a video.   You would have to use on the scenes where the character moves to the camera, or are underway

  followed by the camera so the figure is kept central in the scene.  Or, you can create a still in your video to insert the arrow to identify the figure.

  The suggestion provided by Atul, it would be applicable only to those applications that were installed once the language has been changed.

  Already installed applications will run in the default language.

  Therefore, please uninstall the application and change the language by following the link provided and then reinstall the application.

  N ° reference numbers are different which means that they are not the same point. See the image below. The pieces on the left are for the dv9700 series and on the right for the dv600 series.

  An online store is risky - as you're going to handle loads of real-time data and / or sensitive information about clients including but not limited to credit card details, etc...

  I suggest that to give the job to someone who has experience with online stores or use one of the standard platforms in the industry such as Magento to do this. Magento is complex, but they have big plans hosted where they customize your store for you. Another option you have is Shopify - they talk plans and your online store will be ready in a few minutes with an office of fantastic support and a comprehensive & reporting dashboard.
