    Try to re - install CS4 to work on something, and when I downloaded the installer and unpacked, it rejected the serial number on my page MyAdobe to the CS4 Master collection. Is there another number somewhere I should be entered or something?

    I was somehow began with two cats today in dealing with this problem.  I have all new software to Lightroom which was given to me as a gift.  I inserted the disc and downloaded on my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that's when the problem started.  I got my redemption code, got my serial number, you click on the option 'Download', an error window emerged saying "the Web page could not be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (press arrow to the left), he had disappeared.  It now has an invalid redemption code.  Help!  How can I use my software, get my serial number or get a new serial number?

    I had a hard drive failure last week, bought a new drive and had to reinstall all my programs, including Photoshop CS4. I entered the number series on the back of the box that had worked on my computer for years only receive the error message "our data show that serial number used to set up this software is not valid."  He then shows the same exact numbers I have on the back of my box - no typos - "this serial number is no longer you will allow to use the product.»

    I had to reformat the HD.  I try to intall CSS5 Createiv suite 5.5 premium update, but the Basic program belonging is CS3.  The look of SN back in the 5.5 product has only CS4 products listed, the CS4 product is also a high grade, how can I get the SN of looking back at the base of CS3 product or do I install from the CS3 and CS5?

    We have three SN for the 5.5 product.

    You only need the last qualifying series, which is your number of CS4. Everything should work perfectly and there is no need to go back as far as CS3.

    This phenomenon was linked to your video driver (atikmpag.sys) /DirectX.  I would completely remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.
