I m desperately trying to download for free Adobe trials. I tried creative cloud, InDesign and Lightroom. All these just keep saying "the program is downloaded...". ', but nothing ever happens after that. When you try to creative cloud, the .exe file appeared, and after clicking above, the creative cloud - box appears on the screen, but it remains empty, with anly the loading sign swirling in it. What can be the problem and what should I do to solve it?

Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to Windows 10. Everything seemed to go well until I tried to launch Adobe Reader DC. He would only go as a background and not as an application process. I tried and tried to make it work, but in vain. I chatted to the Microsoft Support and they suggested reset Windows 10. This matter is only 10 times worse and I ended up coming back to Windows 7.
Is the issue that I had with Adobe Reader ms Windows 10 in a known and nothing has been done to fix it with an update to Adobe Reader DC? I will not dare to try to pass 10 Wndows again until I know it's quite safe to do.

If you follow the 7 steps (here, http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html) you can dl a free trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/lightroom-5-ddl-comparison-vs-lr4.html
and activate it with your serial number.
If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps. the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

I contacted the Adobe Customer Service (via chat) on 20 Sep about my attempt to unsubscribe from the monthly subscription of Adobe Muse (order No. 13389165429). The operator said that my subscription has been cancelled... But what intrigued me was that adobe kept deducting monthly subscription price of my far debit card.
Why is still cool my debit card subscription deduction - I thought that the subscription has been cancelled? It's strange how it is easy to subscribe, but the opposite when it comes to unsubscribe. Anyone?

I have a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel. You received my payment for September 15, 2015 & October 15, 2015 according to Adobe, but Revel shows that I have only a free basic account and that it was yet another payment. What happens here? You people need get the bugs out of your cloud services. I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription. I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now. Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue. In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images? My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid. If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.
