hellohow can I boot my pc with USB {flash recovery}? Win 7 64 bit HP omni 100-pc5120

Thank you.

Start the PC and read the information on the Welcome screen.

It should tell you which key press to the start menu.

On Dell PCs it's F12 on my HP business overall it's F9 of the PC.

Otherwise, press the F10 key, go into the BIOS and change the boot menu to boot from the USB device first.

    1. turn off the 10 latitude power.
    2. attach a USB hub to the USB slot unique on the side of the tablet.
    3. fix a keyboard and an external USB CD drive to the USB hub.
    4. now press the button down on the side of the Tablet and simultaneously press the power button for 5 seconds (until see you the screen light up, but will be weak against black unlit).

  • Can't boot from DVD or USB! Windows 8

It then it really starts to bug me! I tried to solve this problem for a few hours now, and this is absolutely not the case! So I want to do a clean install of Windows 8. I did all the steps to get it on a dvd and a bootable USB.  That was the easy part.  At first I tried to boot into DVD, I went to the Bios and the value of the first boot priority CD/DVD. After that and several reboots I get nothing! I went into F12 and it said to start from the hard drive. Good if it does not work. I go to copy the Windows 8 ISO on a USB key. Good in fact, it was easy, I can go into the Bios again and don't see an option for USB FLASH directly, but see other options start USB, such as USB, FLOPPY USB, DVD, AND USB HARD DRIVE. I first select USB DVD, after several reboot nothing! Went to F12 (boot options) and still nothing! Then, I chose USB HARD DRIVE, exactly the same thing! So now I am on my knees and gave up! I ask for help in my community and I hope that you guys can understand this.

I just bought the computer 3 weeks ago its a new Aurora R4. I don't know whether it is a hardware problem, it seems. I tried to boot from the CD/DVD with the re - install OS AlienWare gave me and it read perfectly. So if it fills up it should work right? Then I tried several blank DVDs and even went out and bought some new! Still nothing! Ahhh, sorry it's really bugging me. Something so simple, but I'm so lost.

Thanks for any help from friends!

    Dave, :)

Press f2 to enter setup, disable the option "password at startup" and to record changes... now boot... you're done. Thank you

  • How can I install Windows 7 on asus x501a with usb flash

I have an asus X501a windows 8 on it now, I would like to clean install windows 7 on it. This model with no dvd rom usb player is the only solution. Menu of boot Asus is very complicated because it is menu uefi, I'm completely confused, please help me how to clean install win 7.

    concerning

    Mr. Fadil

    Here is the solution:

    (1) place a bootable copy of Windows 7 on the USB key in question (there are several utilities to accomplish this, including PowerISO, v4.8 or superior and USB DVD Tool from Microsoft

    2) access the bios during the startup with F2

    (3) enable MSC startup and Save tab

    (4) re-boot and re - access the bios with F2

    (5) select the USB (the one without prefix of UEFI) as an option of Boot #1 and Save

    (6) re-boot and Windows 7 will launch its installation from the USB

    * Once the initial installation takes place and the machine re boots, you must re - access the bios, WSC, disable and set the internal hard drive as the Boot #1 option and save

I have finished the taks in the order described above and have a copy of Windows 7 X 64 running on the ASUS X501A job.

  • We can dual boot Windows 10 with Windows 7

Can I set up a computer with Windows 10 to run on Windows 7 Ultimate?  I have an expensive program AutoCAD 2010 which is not compatible with Windows 10, but I understand that a lot of programs work best with 10.

    I have a Windows 7 Ultimate disc, I bought in 2011.

2 hard drives that would facilitate?  How could he tell what operating system to use?

I have not tried, but from my reading, I think that you can run Windows 7 Ultimate as a virtual machine and start it. This should allow you to run your Windows 7 AutoCAD.

  • How can I make an interface with buttons flash to open and navigate other flash files?

Hello, I have a user interface that will serve as a tool to load and unload materials other flash like a slide show. I would like to make some kind of slideshow with Flash which opens to other flash files that could be around 10-15 slides (images) long each. I would like to ask if there is a way to make a connection between the navigation and other slides easily. And if there are ways, what action codes should I use for this. Thank you very much.

All you have to do is load a swf in the main swf file and the target with what controls you intend.  If you are using AS3 while you use the Loader class to load the swf file and target the Loader.content with your control buttons.

  • Can I use the XCode with CS6 Flash Pro iPhoneSumulator

I think it's possible, but I can't find clues on how to start.

Anyone know how I can use it. The Adobe iphone Simulator is not very helpful at all. and does that iphone Anuak

    Thank you

Assuming that you are aware of the CS6 updates, and you have installed XCode, you do the following:

In your FLA that is configured to use AIR 3.4 or later, look in the application settings, general tab.

You should see a field labeled "iOS Simulator SDK: Here, you put the full path to the Simulator. The path is more likely to be:

    /Applications/XCode.app/Contents/developer/platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/developer/SD Ks/iPhoneSimulator6.0.sdk

Once you have done this, you should be able to do the two film of Control/Test/iOS Simulator and the Debug/Debug/iOS Simulator movie.

If you do the debug version, wait the progress edition disappeared, the Simulator is open in the background and select Debug/Begin Remote Debug Session / ActionScript 3.0. Once Flash is "waiting for connection", hover over the Simulator and open your application.

You can see that the icon is on the second page of icons. As you would on the iPhone, you can move the icon in the dock of the Simulator, or on the first page of the icons. Then when you other tests the app will be installed in this location.

By using the Simulator will save you hours of time!

Oh, one other thing - you can simulate multitouch by holding down the Option key, which will give you two points in finger on the Simulator screen mirror, which is good for stocks pinch test. If you also have the SHIFT key, you will be able to simulate stock pan.

    var req:URLRequest = new URLRequest (url);
    navigateToURL (req, "_self");

    btnName.addEventListener (Event.MouseEvent, linkFunction);

where btnName is replaced by any instance name you assign to the button.  A condensed version of the function is...

  • How can I install SQL Developer 3.2 for using Win 7 64 bit?

Using my laptop Dell E6420 (running Windows 7), I downloaded Developer SQL 3.2 64-bit RTOS and after it finished downloading I double-clicked on the file. He opened the 7-Zip and displays a file zip ("sqldeveloper"). When I double-clicked on the file, opened it, but I don't see any file type "install" or "setup" from the list of folders and files displayed. The Readme does not offer installation instructions.

    Please advise...

    Thank you!

    Marilyn Montgomery

    There is no installer.

You need to extract all the files into a new folder on your computer - do not work all of the exe from inside the ZIP.

You should be able to be up and running in 5 minutes or less. I have more detailed instructions and a video on my blog
    http://www.thatjeffsmith.com/archive/2012/05/getting-started-with-SQL-Developer-less-than-5-minutes/

The official installation notes are on the download page:

This download does not include the JDK. You can connect and use any JDK 1.6.0_11 or higher.

    To install and run:
S ' ensure you have a JDK installed, if not, download here
(click on download JDK 6 Update , where is the last update)
    -Download the file above
-Extract sqldeveloper.zip in any folder, using the folder names
-In this folder, open the sqldeveloper folder
    -Double-click sqldeveloper.exe

  • HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF: I can not boot my HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF USB

I can't start my PC from a USB key, for example, to install a new Linux Distro, etc.

First, I set the BIOS to turn on the Flash DRIVE as the first device, and then I check the tab security for USB are enabled.

So I see the USB in the BIOS, and in fact, I can see pendrives when I'm in Windows, but anyway that I can't boot the PC by USB, although I use Plop Boot Manager, a CD that allows you to boot from a USB key.

I'd appreciate any help to solve this problem.

    Thank you!

P.S.: It's a socket 775 PC, so there not EFI BIOS like these last series 6200, 6300, etc..

BIOS has been updated to the latest version: v2.02

I had a similar problem with my HP 6000.  The tip that is offered another forum [restore you default settings] for the BIOS, it resets the settings for the USB ports and they work correctly again.

Restore your default settings, and then select the option to set default values and exit.  Reboot, then go back into the BIOS to reset your boot on USB order and your USB ports should start correctly (if your problem was the same as mine).

  • Tecra M2: Can I boot from USB/Firewire-drive external HARD?

    Hi all

How can I boot from an external USB drive?
The Bios 1.20, 15/03/2004 does not seem to support this on my Tecra M2.

I have a Maxtor 300Gig external HARD drive that can be connected via Firewire or USB. Usually, I use a PCMCIA card Firewire to connect the HARD drive, which has 3 partitions.

It would be also possible for a start-up by PCMCIA Firewire?

    Thanks in advance.
