• Windows Help and support keeps popping up.

  I have a hp system I used for aroud 2 years. but for these last days, windows help and support keeps popping up. I checked all the keys of the keyboard, tried to reinstall windows, worked well for 2 days, tried safe mode, but the problem doesn't go away.   I tried all the things in the virus check to clean start windows 7 to recharge. The help and Support windows keeps popping up. Why can not simply disable the "helpane.exe"? I can't delete it as it is. To do this I'll have to get another computer.  I had to put it in my computer to work with the pop up window, I can't do anything else!

  I tried to us Windows Defender and features WindowTurn on or off programs in vain to stop the Windows Help and Support screen to appear several times offering assistance on everything that I've just selected if it is a selection of function or the word internet.   Let's run Windows Update and make sure that you have all the latest patches and service packs loaded.  In Internet Explorer click Tools then Windows Update and follow the instructions.

  You can also give a quick call Dell and see if this is a common problem with their OEM version.

  Thanks for sharing of the resolution. Your efforts and patience are highly appreciated.

  In addition to the emission of heat:

  Two things inside the laptop generate heat - power (in the place where the power cord plugged in) and the processor.  The CPU has a heater and a fan to help disperse the heat and keep the CPU at a reasonable temperature.  Hot air is sent on the vents, and air at room temperature between in other events.
  What happens generally is dust forms near the vents, near the Airways within the laptop computer which lead to the mouths and on the CPU fan itself.  All these sources of dust cause airflow slow down, so that the hot air lingers and gets even hotter.  To resolve this problem, you will need to take the laptop apart and 'very good' to clean the dust and the CPU fan.

  Another potential source of heat which would be composed of dust problem might be software related.  More 'work' the CPU must do the most energy is needed and therefore more heat is released.

  Go to start / search box and type msconfig and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Go to the Startup tab and see if you can find that help and support update program which are listed there.  If so, uncheck the box next to it, so it will not load at startup, click OK, and exit.  Then reboot and see if that solves the problem (but you won't update whenever it came from).  If this does not work, go to start / Control Panel / Administrative tasks / Task scheduler and see if the help and support update is listed here - if so, delete it and will try it is no longer to load at startup (but you have lost the update whenever it came of).
