  I still have a problem with the wifi connection. I managed to connect to my wifi router. In the settings, I see that the connection is active. The signal is good.

  But on the top bar, I still see the 3G icon (instead of the wifi icon). I also received a message that my wifi has only limited access to internet.

  I know the router works, because all my other devices (for example the laptop I m typing this message on) do not have access to the internet.

  Try to go to settings network connections and disable data services and then try to reconnect to the wifi

  Since you get only 1 X, I suggest contact you VZW support... something is wrong. 1 X means that everything happens through the network of the voice... which may include internet access, but it will be slow and flaky. EV will give you the power of the information network... but VZW needs to help you understand why you're not getting that.

  I have the BB Curve 8330. I HAD DM 4.3. I bought the new computer, with Windows 7, and I downloaded the latest version of the DM. Now the message says that you are not connected to the internet. I don't know if I need these two ports, and if I do, I do not understand how to find the address and add the other port.   Sorry that I was not back to meet and finalize this - had some seedlings to make! Finally got between this rain! I digress... Well had a few other issues with my new computer, HP have called and got help from them - couldn't even send and receive emails more. I'm embarrassed to say that the problem with my timing and electronic mail was Norton Antivirus! I had to uninstall it - that you can't even do it right on your computer, you must go to their website and get a special tool to uninstall it and when it was all finished, my e-mail has started working again and so did my syncing. I can't believe that a program like this can cause so much havoc. I know there are a lot of threads that say to deal with your antivirus, but there was a trial version on my new computer that I had not subscribed too, and even the trial were exhausted. I had checked all my settings on anti-virus, but it didn't matter. I had to uninstall all.  Thanks for your help anyway. You always learn a lot that you go when you run into problems. My own Kaspersky program is now installed, my BB is in sync, work e-mail, and seeding is finished - everything is good!

  I recently updated my iPhone 5 iOS to 9.2.1 and confronted to this wifi problem.

  To ANY wifi network, even after having connected and authenticated successfully, I get no internet access. Open a browser, I see an error "unable to connect to the Internet.

  I tried 3 different wifi connections and I face the same problem. (Haven't checked the internet works on the Wifi for other devices, including my laptop)

  I tried to forget the network and return home, reboot the iPhone several times. Do not reset the network settings and lose some 25 + WiFi password that I saved on my device.

  Note: the wifi never worked for me after this Upgrade.

  Try going to settings-> General-> Reset-> reset the network settings.
  It's the only way you will fix the problem probably.

  Good so far, didn't have any problem with internet on my mac mini.

  It connects to my ADSL hotspot and mobile phone, but I can't access the internet or browse.

  In Network Diagnostics it says "internet - failed" and "Server - failed".

  These connections work on my laptop and mobile.

  I tried several times to change the DNS, reset the modem and fiddling around with everything I can that could possibly help without result.

  What happens when you do a ping to a Web site? Do you have an answer?

  WiFi unit is airport Time Capsule. State of WiFi in the menu bar has 4 bars, as usual.

  However, mail and Safari are unable to access the internet.

  Airport on Mac Mini utility shows Internet with green pad. However, the Airport icon is greyed out.

  It seems that there is some network drivers on the drivers and software page for the Ideapad U530 (Touch). If this is your model, you can try to install those to see if it helps. Make sure you get those Windows 10 when you do a search on this page.

  In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

  Check also on the incompatible software... it was reported that NTI Shadow Ninja & software can cause a conflict; Remove and reinstall the desktop software BB allows to install correctly.

  My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. Also apologies if all are not currently available... RIM takes their monte and descends at will as they revise things.
