Help for the 1004 error!

I'm trying to upgrade to El Capitan, and all I get from the App Store is "1004 error please try again later."

I tried the remedy proposed here to go to the library/cookies and Library/preferences files and delete files com.apple.appstore and then retry the App Store. It does not work.

Moreover, it was a challenge just to find the 'Go' menu drop down because I almost NEVER look at the features on the right end of the header of the Finder. The view cache. And that's the only way to find these folders, which is strange too.

When I go to the section "Purchased" on the App Store, it has available for download listed Mountain Lion, even if I already use the v 10.8.5 Cougar. There is also El Capitan listed as "Paused" with 0 bytes downloaded and available to "resume". When I click on the resume and enter my ID and password, it's when I get "error 1004 please try again later." I also have this error message if I try any other page.

To clarify, for someone who does not know: If you want to find records of these cookies and preferences, you must use the 'Go' drop-down at the top of the main screen of Finder. Below, click on «Go to folder...» ' and enter these, understood the squiggles and slashes: ~/library/cookies ~/library/preferences.

    For power, where are the docs for help for the USRP & USRP related blocks (host side & lvfpga blocks)? Help is dimmed in the menus. If they came with the driver, they should be grouped in with something not obvious & has not installed. Where are they?

    BTW, I use NU-USRP 15.00.

    for many applications, the command line (cmd.exe) is a good choice to get results with minimum effort. The shell has continuously been improved over the years, at least until Windows XP.

    All the command line tools have a short help screen (using the /? option). When you need more information, you use Windows system for example from the Explorer Help. It is very good.

    Now, Windows XP Help content was installed on site, and the operating system. In Windows 7, my computer wants to go to the Microsoft web site on the internet and there is no local help available. The operating system seems to be incomplete. This makes the help system unusable on a computer without internet access or when the server is not accessible.

    So my question is: is it possible to install a local copy of help for the tools of cmd.exe and command line under Windows 7 or do we have to go back to Windows XP?

    I logged today, learning portal updated things since its been a while since I've logged in. I clicked on the link "myTranscript" only to see that nothing listed.

    I took the VI3 Fast Track courses, but it does not appear.

    So looking everywhere in the sites of VMware, I can't find anything to 'support questions/help' for the learning community who did not record.

    So who or how do I get my transcript corrected.

    I still have my notes with my confirmation number and the number of courses.

    Education portal (after have logged you on this one) there is a link on the right side of the page (under Services) called "contact us."  From there, you can click on the registration link aid to your geographic location.

    Is it possible that you have multiple accounts with email addresses?  If so, try logging on to the portal with all other email addresses you may have used.

    First time here.  Relentlessly, I get 80070426 error when I try to download the latest urgent/updates Windows Update recommended.  This has happened for weeks.  I scanned with Malwarebytes & Avast... find scans nothing.  I saved and run mbam and avast to disc... still nothing is found.

    My windows preferences are defined on notify me when the urgency and recommended updates are available for download.  I passed this automatic download and prompt me to install updates to day... it doesn't matter... I still get the same error.  When I click search for updates, I get a MSG "windows update has encountered an unknown error."  When I go after "Get help with error," help Windows results pulled up to... "WindowsUpdate_Error_80070426" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

    I even recorded my copy of windows again... I bought Sony computer with windows installed.

    I have the Sony support for these questions... but I really want to sit on the phone with someone who plays a standard solution... format that does not work... only for transfer to the expert support.

    I'd appreciate any help that can be provided to this forum.  Anyone? Ideas?

    1. do you have an Antivirus installed on the computer software?
    2. what questions do you have with Media Player?

    Disable the script debugger, and then check the issue.

    a. open Internet Explorer, click Tools and then click Internet Options.

    b. in the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

    c. Click to select the script turn off debugging (Internet Explorer) and disable script debugging (other) check boxes, and then click to clear the display a notification of every script error box.

    d. click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

  • Envy 4500: Envy 4500 help "for the older generation of printer cartridge.

    I recently purchased a 4500 want and need a cartridge replacement for the first time today, so I bought a pack HP combo, black and Tri-couleur, NUMBER 61 at Walmart. After receiving the error "Cartridge for the older generation of printer" I did some research to see that this is a common problem but was unable to find out how to get a refund or a replacement cartridge. Obviously, I opened the package the cartridge came in so I can't go back to Wal-Mart, nor do I feel that I have it back to them because it is intact and open.

    Please let me know how I can go about getting a replacement of HP cartridge or a refund of my purchase. Again, I bought exactly what the sticker inside the printer indicates "61" so I think it should definitely be covered by HP. If they had simply given the cartridge required a different number, it simply avoidable.

    I called HP and they told me that I had to go back to Walmart for a refund. Only after that I did they would replace my 2 cartridges if Wal-Mart does not. I have already learned by Wal-Mart that they won't take them back because they are open and there is nothing visibly wrong with them. I explained to my HP representative that I would sell my HP printer and put an end to my relationship with HP. It was only after I said what he said HP would replace my cartridges, but that it was a 'one time with permission' and that I needed to be more careful in the future.

    HP please let me be clear, you do not have me any courtesy, the way I see things you did was to correct your own fault. I did appreciate really not how the incident turned as if it was my fault that I bought the wrong cartridge. I would have had much less of a problem with that if HP had apologized and admitted that they had made a mistake. I'll keep this interaction in mind next time I'm considering purchasing an HP product.

    If anyone had this same problem in the future do not waste your time, just call HP directly and be very clear with what you would like to do.

    As for your question, you can have more than 1 card crypto on the interface.

    However, you can use the same card encryption for several strategies. You can change the ma-card to vpnmap.
    In this way the two are enabled on the same interface, with one having a higher priority than the other.

    So if a package came from inside, the first crypto ACL interface is checked and then the next and so on. The first match found is chosen for the IPsec negotioation.

    Message received from new flash update. Conducts system preferences to download. Download went to the file downloads. Close all windows including the browser. Opened, dmg began to download. Error message as follows "Type incorrect Protocol for socket AdobeFlashPlayer_21_a".

    DMG trashed, uninstalled Flash Player, downloaded from the Adobe site, same message. Started in safe mode. Shut down, started normally, always impossible to download Flash Player. Now, I don't have any Flash Player and cannot download any version.

    It is possible the error of mounting the DMG is related to the 10.11.5 update.  Please see cannot load DMG files after installing 10.11.5 | Apple Support communities.  A number of people get the same error, with various software, when mounting the DMG if none of the suggestions in that work of forum for you, contact Apple support for assistance.

    As an alternative, you can also try using the installer in offline mode, posted at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Mac page, in the section "Problems", but I suspect exhibit you the same behavior.

    Markus - the error text you define for the process appears only if the process fails. If you manage the errors it contains, the process succeeds and you get the success message.

    I'd be interested to hear what others are doing, but we did this sort of thing:

    Create a hidden page element, for example P1_MESSAGE.

    Set the value of this element of in your PL/SQL process, for example:

    ...
    exception
      when others then
        :P1_MESSAGE := 'Error text here';
    end;
    

    The entire text of success to & P1_MESSAGE. (with the trailing full stop).
